The staff at the Mejuri in Palo Alto is amazing! They helped me decide on a few pieces to complete my day to day ring set and I haven't taken them off since! They're so kind, helpful, and knowledgable about the pieces, trends, and styles and trusted them completely.
I have a consistent problem with the mejuri clasps not holding and losing the earring because it falls out my ear and had the same issue with this earring as well. Within a day, the flatback had come lose and I lost one of the earrings.
Every time I have gone into this Meijuri store, I am greeted by the workers and they are super friendly and helpful in providing suggestions and recommendations. The store decor is minimalistic, clean, and bright which makes me want to go to a store vs. online to try on items. Love the jewelry and have continued to buy multiple pieces either for myself or for gifts.
I received credit for a bracelet that broke. I went into the store and had to pay $20 additional because the discount I had used was no longer valid. If i knew this was going to be the case I would have asked for them to send me a replacement instead
