The customer service is always excellent, and the jewelry is always top tier. I buy regularly for my wife, and she absolutely loves the quality and design. The person who helped me out was exceptionally kind, considering I came in after a long day, and had just skateboarded across town. Probably didn't look like the typical customer, but was treated like a VIP. I'll be a lifetime customer.
I love going to this store! From day one Hailey has been fabulous. I can relate to her telling me how she used to be a minimalist but now wears lots of Mejuri. SAME! I enjoy wearing more than one piece at a time. I always like to see what I can buy next. Hopefully a necklace ! I also love saying “Mejuri” when people compliment my jewelry. The rest of the associates are wonderful too!
I ordered something and wanted to apply my store credit this was not evident when checking out so I just paid for the item. Later I checked my store credit and realized I still had it. I asked to have that amount applied to my recent order and was told that I had to return the item and reorder it to use the store credit. Also there is a code that must be applied when checking out in order to use the store credit. This is inconvenient and time consuming and a waste of resources.
