This earring is beautiful but the clasp is cheap and faulty, so don't recommend. The first time I purchased it I was so sad to realize that it had fallen out of my ear at some point. I assumed this was a one off and likely my fault, and purchased a new one from Mejuri. Not even two months later, the same thing happened. This is such a disappointment because it's not reflective of their usual quality (or maybe things have just started to go downhill?) but I have owned several pairs of Mejuri hoops for many years and have never had this issue with any other of their earrings. I reached out to Mejuri for help and never heard back.
Typically no issues however I walked into the Ossington store as an emergency because my recent piercing started bleeding and swelled my lobe when the earring was removed i couldn't get it back in place. While I understand appointments are required but I needed help in that moment. I was completely dismissed by your greeter as my ear bled ...she "wished she could do more but sorry you need to book" the next available which was a week later. She didn't even try a little
Poor quality products and a worthless guarantee.One of the prongs bent that were holding the gem in through normal/minimal use. I contacted Mejuri to claim via the warranty they offer, but they refused to honour it.It's a shame because the ring is beautiful, but spending £200 on something that lasted no more than 10 days worth of wear isn't worth it. How a company can advertise a warranty they won't honour is beyond me!
