Very bad experience. I only bought the machin (the Trimmer Plus) and you charge me twice on new blade every 3 month. This is a scam!!!!! I NEVER ASK THIS AND NEVER ORDERD THIS!!!!!I will publish what you doing and i will warn other people not to buy your products. You are doing scam
Was pretty hesitant to try these kind of trimmers what I thought were gimmicky, especially for your private parts. Got tired of the nicks lol So I went ahead and ordered my trimmer. They are ceramic trimmers blades so far so good. I have gone deep in there with no nicks just move slow and you’ll be fine. You do have to buy replacement blades to them being ceramic and if you have thick hair like I do just move slow and you’ll be fine……
After seeing multiple ads I decided to purchase their full package.The trimmer stopped working after year and half approximately. Fully charged but the wheel isn’t spinning. I’ve sent a video to the support team and asked if it’s normal because I don’t use it so often as I’m not very hairy person as guys in their video ads.The support apologized and said I’m out of 1 year warranty. On a positive note they offered 15% off for the next purchase + $8 to lower the price for extended 3 years warranty.I don’t see a reason to trust this brand again and make another purchase. Instead I will go with more reliable brands.
I had an issue with my order and the costumer service was just amazing, really. My inquiry was processed extremely fast (ca. 1 hour) and I was offered several possible solutions. Once I requested a refund, it took only couple of hours until I got my money back via paypal.
