Great product! But sadly after dropping the trimmer twice the plastic that holds the blades in place broke and the trimmer was almost useless afterwards.. (just saying it could be stronger) + unfortunately the metal parts of the trimmer are not made of stainless steel and after 2 years of use and regular maintenance, all the metal parts are covered with rust causing the blade to brake:/
This was exactly what I needed. It works well and the battery lasts a long time. I got the traveling case and it’s perfect for storage. I got the orange one and it’s the exact color I expected and wanted. I have sensitive skin and I don’t have any issues with cutting or tugging on my skin.
I brought the trimmer, travel case and nail set, the products feel great, the trimmer works perfectly and im 99% sure tugging or cutting (yes i have tried doing it on purpose) yourself is impossible,it is really quiet and cuts hair really well, my only "issue" with it is that the cable it comes with is usb type A, would be great if there was an option to choose if you want a type A cable or type C cable.The travel case is also good quality but i had some issues fitting everything in there, doesn't really fit as well as shown on website images, probably the mesh is to tight or the case is not tall enough, but besides that a great product.And the nail set, it's pretty good, the tools feel pretty high quality just the nail clipper could be a little larger in my opinion.All in all a great company with great products that need a little work to be absolutely perfect, I would give them 4.5 stars for now but since that isn't possible I'll do 5.
I had a slight issue with my trimmer. I sent them an email after 8pm and the response was less than 15 minutes. They resolved my issue by 10pm. Wow, wow. Honestly, buy any of Meridian products without thinking too much because if you face any issues they will resolve it. By the way. Their trimmers are excellent and excellent battery life. Product was fine but will not last long in few uses my product got bad and stopped working. Quality of the material used is also very bad and claims for using in water should not be taken seriously. Customer service team appears to be anything but helpful - they keep going back and forth but not interested in solving the issues they deleted my account on their site and keep asking me the details which i cannot access - Never buying or recommending this product to anyone
