Its been over a month, no item

Its been over a month. I just a report from the couriers that the item was not picked up because it wasnt ready. I searched here to be sure that this site wasnt a scam. I havent even received my item yet and I am already dissapointed and wish I didnt purchase from this company. Extremely slow, even for covid, and terrible customer support.

Slow and unwilling to help

When I order the Meridian I made a mistake and did not apply the coupon for a discount, so just minutes after making the order I asked to cancel it, 1 week later still waiting for a refund

3 weeks and still waiting!

I made an order over 3 weeks ago but haven’t received even a confirmation of shipping! The only correspondence has been the initial confirmation of order and ever since that nothing from their side. Ive emailed 3 x to ask for an update and have only had 1 reply saying that my order is being prepared for shipment. I’ve now requested a cancellation of my order but of course no reply! Something not right here…

Great product

I have finally received the trimmer and used it. It is exactly everything you advertised it to be, exceeded my expectations. Amazing product, no cuts on the sack, no itching, no irritation on sensitive skin, fast and effortless. Spray is okay, needs improvement, but overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
