I saw this product on an Instagram ad and thought it would make a great gift! I also have been wanting to replace my Conair shaver as it would pull on my hair and cause pain. This meridian shaver is everything! No nicks, very quiet and comfortable to handle. I would recommend this product to anyone who shaves! Quiet, effective and worth the price.
I bought the meridian trimmer specifically for the reason that they had stated their product is nick and tug free. Their whole ‘campaign’ and marketing is that this product is perfect for trimming down below the belt and you won’t get cut. This is very underwhelming and incorrect, I spent my time shaving and I still managed to cut myself and draw blood - it was not pleasant at all to deal with. It is not as manageable as they market it to be. You have to take EXTRA caution and it is literally easier to use a standard razor and shave those sensitive areas below the belt. I was going to give ONE star review but I decided to give an extra star due to the fact that it’s actually a good product for shaving the rest of the body. I had no issues in the less sensitive areas and it glided through my body hair effortlessly. However, as a company it is very disappointing that they market so heavily that it is perfect for grooming below the belt when in fact it is not.
First of all, the order was coming late. Then I got to pay >40chf to the swiss customs. That wasn’t mentioned at all. They only had it in small letters in the terms &conditions, that there might come additional costs.The product itself was very disappointing. I‘ve been using trimmers (many cheaper ones that you get in every supermarket) and all of them were way better. With the meridian trimmer I immediately had 4 cuts. Never experienced something like that before.Customer service answering time is 4 days, which is als very bad theses days. No refund.
I emailed them to receive a refund because my order was up for 1 almost 2 weeks now. Thankfully I got it through paypal. I have filed a dispute case to open because they have not responded to my email for cancelling and giving me a refund. I hope that this is not a scam as I thought. Hoping to hear from them soon. Precision: This trimmer allows me to get a careful, close trim on my vulva without enduring nicks or cuts. This trimmer does not have a heavy vibration as opposed to other trimmers/shavers, which allows me to have a more steady hand while grooming. Hygiene: Being able to remove all of the hair from each crevice of a trimmer was important to me when searching for a new one. I gravitated towards the Meridian because it offered removable blades, and is waterproof. This trimmer has met my expectation. Taking it apart and cleaning it is hassle free. I use the brush for intricate areas, and sanitize the blade with alcohol. Battery: When my trimmer arrived, it took about an hour for it to fully charge from the 2/3 of a charge that it had upon being unboxed. I have used it several times without the battery life indicator showing any sign of reduction yet. Although it is easy to charge, I am glad that I don’t have to constantly do so. Customer Service: I reached out to customer service with a general inquiry and it took relatively 5 business days to hear back from them. This timeline aligns with the company’s indicated response time, which makes me feel as though my time was valued. The exchange between the Meridian representative and I was direct , and helpful. The representative also expressed enthusiasm about their company, as well as my interest in their product. This made the exchange personable without sacrificing professionalism. Subscription: The subscription options are easy to cancel and customize. There is also the option of purchasing replacements as needed. The spray: I was hesitant about The Spray because I was concerned about the possibility of it irritating my skin. However, I’ve used it both on my vulva and underarms without any irritation. It is worth noting that the spray should not be used in the vagina. Overall: I am pleased with the trimmer, The Spray, and the interaction that I’ve had with customer service. I would recommend purchasing these two products.
This company is a joke.I’ve just written a very bad review because I’ve been sending several email to their fake customer service to get the subscription I’ve never apply to cancel and no one is answering.Worst company everWorst items everThis is just a scam by thieves Do not buy anything from them or they will charge your credit card for ever with fake products
This is not a shaver and it is a trimmer and not a very good one at that. It leaves long stubble ~5mm. I would happily return if that weren't going to be so expensive as you need to send to the US! Completely regret purchasing and would not recommend.
