I received a confirmation email and right away noticed they had the incorrect shipping address. I sent an email immediately with the correct address. No response from the company. I sent another email the next day repeating the same message. I then got an email with the tracking information and it’s being sent to the wrong address. The company website has no telephone number and you get no response from emails.Worst customer support ever!
Poor customer service , I have bought shaving item from the company during September 2021 and till date I didn’t received my order and when I have contacted them by email they told me it’s lost and they will replace it in condition of paying extra amount for express delivery by DHL and till date I am still witting. Hey all, so I'm writing a review on the service delivery and product.Service is fantastic customer support fast response and prompt assistance when needed.Delivery within 7 days perfect.Product is quality 👌 solid and great feel holding it smooth and comfortable.Had a little issue with the blade however there was no hesitation from the customer service department Wasila was prompt with sorting out the issue and the team and they sent me a new device. This to me is what a business stands on. Taking our inquiry with no hesitation but to solve it and keep growing. This company has a customer that will support them and im sure many more as they are growing and with the service they supply is what businesses are missing so good luck to the team thank you for your service and will be buying more from you.. No matter how good you rhink the product is, the horrible delivery system. It takes a whopping 10-15 BUSINESS days to get a delivery with free shipping and they didnt even deliver it. They said undeliverable and sent it back. After waiting 5 days to get a hold of customer service by email they simply reshipped it and told me it will take another month before it gets delivered. Imagine being this horrible at your job and not offering anything to unsatisfied customers when the mistake is entirely on your end.
Great Quality Products and Amazing after sales service , they are really care about there customers , I bought 2 products from Meridian and booth worth every penny , i lost the charging cable for my trimmer and they offer me a free replacement immediately, they keep follow till i get it .
