Fraudulent protection racket based on sabotage

Where to start?Arrogant, greedy, useless. A fraudulent protection racket itent only on selling new products by sabotaging the existing ones.Frequent problems with simple apps, usually Excel.Customer Service not interested. MS Staff tell any lie in order to maintian the Corporate postition that MS is infallible.I have spent hourse trying to disable updates, yet still the system updates, without my permission, without warning. It causes loss of data and therefore causes me work and lost revenue. It causes my apps to stop working, which takes hours to retrieve.Done on purpose to try to get me to buy the newer version. Yet all feedback demonstrates newer versions are even less reliable.

I had used 2 out 3 outlook accounts

I had used 2 out 3 outlook accounts, 1 was used in emailing my landlord about the clothes dryer only Microsoft lock the email, and another, I just tried using the last 1, and can not login to OneDrive, sent a feedback(hub) and none of my computers do NOT meet the requirements for Windows 11. Probably what's going to happen that MS might be loosing business....

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Bad, slow, and buggy software. Annoying infinite forced "security" updates that makes systems slower and slower and slower. Microsoft's complete neglect and incompetence is showing.

Very slow outdated software

I'm getting really sick and tired of Microsoft's infinite forced "security updates" that makes my high end gaming computer slower and slower and slower. If Microsoft are unable to make software that DOESN'T require infinite forced "security updates", that alone is a reason for me to start looking somewhere else.

I feel compelled to share my recent…

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Microsoft, which has left me utterly disappointed and convinced of their fraudulent activities. I am deeply dissatisfied with the company's unscrupulous behavior and their complete disregard for customer trust. To my astonishment, I discovered a charge of $109 on my Telus Mobility account from Microsoft, despite never having subscribed to any of their services or authorizing such a transaction. This incident has unequivocally exposed Microsoft's deceptive practices and their blatant disregard for ethical business conduct.Upon discovering this unauthorized charge, I promptly contacted Microsoft's customer support, hoping for a resolution to this unfortunate situation. However, my interactions with their support team were nothing short of exasperating. I encountered long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a lack of empathy towards my predicament. It became abundantly clear that Microsoft's customer service is inadequate, inefficient, and unresponsive to the concerns of their customers. What astounds me the most is that Microsoft, being a global technology giant, would resort to such deceitful tactics to earn a few extra dollars. It is utterly unacceptable for a company of their stature to engage in fraudulent activities and prey upon unsuspecting customers like myself.Furthermore, their lack of transparency and failure to promptly rectify the situation only adds insult to injury. Microsoft seems more interested in making a quick buck than in fostering long-term customer relationships or upholding their own supposed commitment to customer satisfaction.I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Microsoft to be vigilant and wary of their practices. This incident has shattered my trust in the company, and I implore others to exercise caution and think twice before engaging in any financial transactions with Microsoft. In conclusion, Microsoft's fraudulent billing practices, accompanied by their abysmal customer service, have left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can warn others about the potential dangers of dealing with this unscrupulous company.

Every second version of Windows is crap - Win 11 is no exeption.

Buying an Acer (very good PC's laptop's - the third in my posesion) with Win 10 installed.Fine, I think that win 10 is relatively good.Starting up the laptop for the first time, microsoft offers me to install win 11, but I am not interested so I decline, and what happens ?Win 11 is installed !And it shows to follow the "trend" in windows versions: Every second i bad.Good versions: XP, 7, 10 - everything in between are crap (Vista, 8 - and now 11).Even before it was the case, but not all way back, because there were no good win version the first decade. If you want to know what is bad about win 11, then just read some other reviews.Microsoft rules - and they abuse their power as most (allmost all) people and companies do if they have power.

I bought a Microsoft mobile in 2022, but cannot use it ever.

I bought a Microsoft mobile phone last year But inorder to use the phone I have to find a new account by myself. took 4 weeks. But then I am asked for a password which can only be got by solving a puzzle three times, But the puzzles are not normal and they don`t follow maths or reason. I am stuck without the use of my new phone, unless I go to the Microsoft Store and spend money on useless gadgets I dont want as only on them are clues as to solving the puzzles which I have no idea how to solve without a purchase at the Microsoft Store. This seems like a con . and toal trick to get money by false pretentions.
