No sound in rented movie. Not customer service either

Rented a movie from the Microsoft Store. It had no sound. I restarted the app and got the sound going but 15 minutes in it went off again. Restarting didn't help.I checked the device to ensure it was in working order, which it was.So, I rented the same movie from YouTube and contacted customer service at Microsoft.Three departments and four agents later they have decided that I am not entitled to a refund. So, I am lodging a dispute with my bank.Would not recommend but YouTube's rental service was great! Go there instead.

Bill Gates' restroom: GROSS!

I purchased an HP laptop that is a WINDOWS product from Wal-Mart Corporation. When streaming movies (which is ALL I do - not play games all day and night like a teenager in Boulder, COLORADO) the background sounds are like that of Bill Gates' restroom. GROSS!

A BANE TO THE EARTH

THROUGH THE DECADES THEY HAVE TORTURED THE PUBLIC WITH THEIR GARBAGE SOFTWARES SUCH AS WINDOWS WITH SEVERAL THOUSAND GLITCHES.WHAT PROMPTED ME TO LEAVE A REVIEW WAS THE FACT A BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY COULD PRODUCE A SOFTWARE AS GARBAGE AS "TEAMS" WHICH HAS GLITCHES WHICH WOULD BE INEXPLICABLE FOR SUCH A KIND OF COMPANY TO GIVE.

Combined taskbar forced on us all!

Why on god green earth and for all that is holy did Microsoft think combining windows on the taskbar should be a default you cannot remove!Not only is this version of windows now the worst, and I wish I could simply go back, but it's knowing they've corrected the terrible product management mistake already but they're not releasing it.There is an extremely well paid simpleton in MS product management claiming that users will adapt. I've got news for you, if there was a half decent alternative, I'd drop your entire software library without hesitation

Cant get into my email account with yahoo, not receiving links as account emails have been deleted and email address not working.Need to change email address, verified email but still not allowing me access!!!!!
