Ordered 365 for my business

Ordered 365 for my business. Could not get it to accept my information. Diego tried helping me but needed help from another department due to past account was stopping new account. A week later still no 365. Asked for them to cancel my order. They charged my cc anyway. When I complained I was sent email stating I need to sign in and cancel order...I would if I could-the reason I am canceling is because I CANT get in to set acct up. Never will I do business with this company again! I have disputed charges with cc but its been weeks and they have not responded to them.

Microsoft OneDrive family version, telephone support service does not exist in Spanish. Email support does not exist. Shynchronization doesn’t work. It’s terrible, What waste of time!! Microsoft again… Microsoft worse than ever!

Dreadful!Completely dreadful!!!!Small business owners, be VERY careful choosing to use 365. MS has processes in place that can shut down your entire business for days just by changing to a new mobile phone!The customer service is woeful (agents hang up calls as they choose, people promise to call you back, never happens, ZERO escalation process, ZERO complaints process). They do not want to hear what you have to say or how they might improve!The score on the review (1 of 5) completely reflects the service your should expect to receive!#Shameful

Microsoft is untrustworthy

Microsoft is untrustworthy. Windows can be a viable platform, but it's going to require taking as much Microsoft out of it as possible. For instance, use Firefox or Google as a web browser. Install programs to a custom folder, not the default Program Files. Remove Microsoft from as much from the equation as you can. They are inept as a company, building their rotten garbage on top of the bare minimum of decency that it used to be to begin with. All you can do is to scrub their trash off, reveal the bare framework, and use third party to replace it.
