Can't redeem my cash back

Can't redeem my cash back, as I don't have a phone number added. I add a phone number, yet it says can't redeem my cash back, as I don't have a phone number.Why can't microsoft have a process/function that actually works. Regarding raising a call at Microsoft and the request is actually done, is unthinkable, it just gets fobbed to another team, and the call called, so they can have no outstanding tickets to improve their stats.

I recently upgraded to windows 11 from windows 10 and as I thought I will be getting a better experience. From what I experienced windows 11 is buggy, UI is a lot harder to navigate or explore. UWP apps are buggy, it tend to cause lag to your PC.

Shitty Company

Shitty Company, I got hacked and instead of helping me they ignored me, i ask again later on, they ignore me again, so i ask a final time. Instead of helping me, what do they do? They permanently suspend the account and not compensating me, not giving me anything like a discount or something and not my money back for anything, had the account for 10 years and so many purchases and progress and now no one will ever be able to get into it. Im absolutely fuming, no compensation or nothing. Absolute Worthless company

I would give 0 if I could. Xbox declines payment on something my son wanted YET it took the money out of the account. Not the first time either. Now I have to chase everyone around. Fix your stuff. How can you be who you are with the way your work?? I don’t get it….. you are worse than a startup run by people who know NOTHING about anything computer related…

Technical Sign-in difficulties with HOTMAIL/OUTLOOK email AGAIN!!!

Once again I can't get into my Hotmail/outlook/Microsoft email account. This technical problem is recurring regularly. I can't stay how frustrating this is. I do not recommend this account to anyone who has not already got one, and can only commiserate with others like me that are also experiencing this problem. I know from other reviews that I am not alone in having these constant difficulties. Each time it happens it is extremely disruptive. Please address this as soon as possible - not in days, today and now if possible.

Where is the support?

Trying to recover an old email address using the recovery form and it’s failed, so trying to find some actual assistance to help further with this and constantly being directed to “self help” articles which are far from helpful. When being promoted to ask for further help, I’m being continuously sent to my current email account with no option to have anyone contact me. This is beyond unfair and disgusting service. As someone with ADHD, I find it shocking there’s no additional support to help with your account. God forbid anyone hacks into your email, there’s no one to contact.

Microsoft cluster support is dreadfull

My account is being blocked daily authentication not working . No customer support at all due to not being able to log in and customer support number Is useless as it's automated cant actually get to talk to a human being .
