Review Time
You used to be able to contact a human on the telephone. Now, at every turn, you cannot reach a soul. Useless if you can't use their automated services online due to errors/obfuscation. Even online chat is nowhere to be found. "Help" sends you around in circles telling you to use the automated services that you are having an issue with/don't work. Whilst I do not condone it, I can certainly understand people commiting acts that would be attributed to a certain type of seafaring people a long time ago. Legitimate customers simpy cannot get in touch with Microsft. It is ridiculous. 3rd richest company in the world last time i checked, and they can't allow you to contact a human via the telephone! Will be moving to Free alternatives (yes they do exist and yes they will do basically everything that office does).
In July 2025, I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 and created an @outlook.com account to register it, as suggested by the system. After uninstalling due to conflicts with previous versions, I lost access to that account and cannot reinstall the product.The automated recovery system keeps me in an endless loop and provides no real help. I have lost workdays without human assistance.I respectfully request that Microsoft provide HUMAN support to verify my identity, restore access to my account, and allow me to use the product I paid for. I have proof of purchase.
I'm having no problems with the service. It activates the purchased keys. Purchases are not deleted. I can log in to my account without any issues, and I always receive a one-time password. My XBox account is also in good condition.I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews.
When will enough money be enough money for that greedy pos Bill Gates?!!!! I am sooooooooooo sick of him allowing these unnecessary "fix what isn't broken" changes to MSWord and Outlook!!!!! PUT THE FREAKING PROGRAMS BACK THE WAY THEY WERE AND KEEP YOUR FILTHY HANDS OUT OF "FIXING WHAT IS NOT BROKEN"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I paid for Home Office 6 months ago. Had to get a new computer last week. I just CANNOT move the licence to new machine I have the "key", I have proof of purchase but "customer services (??)" cannot help me.I've tried phoning them _ they say -"go online".Online it is so difficult to contact an advisor for help, and when I did (3 times), had to start at the beginning again each time, and on 2 occasions the agent disappeared from me. Third one suggested I keep the old computer just to run Home Office.I guess I spent a total of 8 hours on line, a further 4 hours trying to find out and a few frustrating telephone callsWHY CAN WE NOT SPEAK TO AN ADVISOR AND HAVE A CONVERSATION ??Terrible experience
