Microsoft Windows 10/11 Home Edition this has to be the worst software Ive ever seen in 40+ years. I have machines and they were always updating and then, eventually running slow or breaking. I had to work very hard to stop all the updates, to which I was successful, only to find that the software is still communicating—even with no discernible processes running, to Microsoft Update sites. You can almost seeing it work out different methods to get through my firewalls through the logs. Eventually it does contact something and the OS breaks again; which I believe is on purpose in order to be brought into the fold of MS updates again.I hate Microsoft. Im removing all of their software off my computers. Im removing any and all use from this evil despicable company and I am only using Open source software.I will convince clients to leave Microsoft and I will make it very sexy to do so.Microsoft, count your days. They are almost up.

Microsoft 365 and OneDrive - Can't sign-in and loses filesI have been trying to get access to Microsoft 365 for days. MS servers do not send out access codes.OneDrive has lost my files from 2 months ago.Customer support that does not provide solutions.Time to move on to software that works I think.

Title: Terrible Customer Support – A Complete Waste of Time

I recently had an issue installing OneDrive on my laptop, and I thought Microsoft’s customer support would help me resolve it. Oh, how wrong I was! Instead of providing real assistance, Microsoft directs customers to web pages that are completely useless in cases like mine. I searched for a phone number or a live chat, thinking I could speak to a real person. After wasting hours at my PC, I finally found a list of phone numbers—only to discover they were nothing but automated systems that send you back to the same useless web pages. This is beyond frustrating! Microsoft seems to think that customer support means avoiding human interaction at all costs. If you're stuck with a real technical issue, good luck—because you’ll be trapped in an endless loop of dead-end solutions. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable for a company of this size.

Microsoft need to be fined and sold

Microsoft just blocked my email account. A very disgusting company that needs to be shut down or have its boss thrown into prison for making its users suffer in loss of important emails. I personally believe r-that these companies should be nationalised , as in the hands of 'mafiosos' in the Microsoft company it's a liability. A disgusting company.

Locked out of my email account trying recove it could be getting vital emails regarding work etc and can't access them thanks Microsoft for ruining my life 30 days to restore it can't speak to a human being. Ridiculous.

No support, all my apps and calendars are now fragmented under different accounts and I cannot merge them without losing data due to their pushing through with upgrades and changes. Cannot find any actual support, most of the online help is out of date and doesnt relate to the current programs
