Don't bother.

In April of 2025, I've got a series of hacks. I got all my accounts back, except my Microsoft account. Right after some guy hacked my account, i contacted them. I gave them some info on what happened, and they later emailed me to give them more of my information to get my account back. They never replied back. A few weeks later, I've tried again. Still no luck. I've asked them 3 TIMES IN TOTAL and I still haven't got my account. Microsoft doesn't care about your account. All they care about is their money. Someone steals your account and they expect you to get another one and buy your stuff back. People ain't got this kind of money.They don't care about their customers. Just their money. And that's it. Screw Bill Gates, and screw all of his employees. Don't even bother to use this company.

account locked. I have security info, service agent says they can't help after being hold for hours. I'm not going to use Microsoft anymore and neither should you. Customer service is like talking to a robot that's not programed to help goodluck

They change their subscription fee and took away applications like Skype and added useless things like ai which I don’t wanrt I am thinking of cancelling and switching to google because it’s the same quality and free!

Arduous Online Experiences with Micro$oft

Most of time trying to accomplish anything online with Micr$oft is a problem, not the least of which is software updates. The updates generally take 2 hours to a full day on a 100 mps internet connection whereas they only take 10 seconds to 10 minutes on my Linux Mint PC. Most recently I had to navigate multiple screens just to get to the entry screen for a recent sweepstakes entry only to end up with this message "Something went wrong. It's not you, it's us. Your entry cannot be entered into the sweepstakes. Please try again later. Get up to 240 chances to win. Earn more entries." How is that a 3 trillion dollar can't keep their servers running well and fast? Little by little I am fading away from Micro$oft Windoze and toward Linux Mint as I discover more and more Linux applications to replace the functionality of MS applications. Linux Mint is free, MS is not.

Microsoft, you really need to stop and let everyone else do what they're supposed to be doing for technology except for you. You need to retire. I have spent the last three hours on the phone with your gaslighting reps that say that they're in the US yet they have heavy Indian accents and call themselves, Michael. That said, your latest update has destroyed my laptop while I'm in the middle of trying to do work. Each and every rep that I've spoken to at your Customer Service number is ignorant, gaslighting, and has no clue how to fix the problem because they're trying to avoid your PR nightmare getting out. If I could give you zero stars I would. Enough is enough! You got half the nation today down because of your bugs but yet your reps are telling the customers it's their fault!! A big fat middle finger for you!

After trying multiple times to Greta an account for my brother so he can play online games and countless times trying to get the so called “support” from Microsoft support, I’m giving up A simple question I ask, why is the verification code not sending to his email?After checking more than 5 times that the emails match and are correct I’m still at a complete loss as to why nothing has been recieved This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this company, it’s disgraceful I’m sick of Microsoft’s inability to work correctly
