I contacted them regarding a service…

I contacted them regarding a service breaking issue on my computer that locks me out of microsoft store, onecloud etc. This prevents me from being able to a develop an app for my work.When I after 20 minutes got connected to a chat agent they sent me a couple messages I didn't have time to read because the page redirected me to a feedback form almost immidiately. Also when I got kicked out of the case I had no way of seeing the messages that the agent had sent which left me clueless of why it was closed so quick.Zero information about how to resolve my issue in the case log file as well. Very badly implemented customer support system from one of the biggest companies of the world. I don't like apple products but goddam this makes me want to never use microsoft again...

Price increase too high and not worth it

Can't believe the latest price increase for the Microsoft subscription, from £7.99 up to £10.49 a month!! An increase of £2.50 a month I think it's absolutely shocking! And they know a lot of people are stuck because they have files saved, they have family members and children's accounts to look after that need the subscription to keep going for this. I'm am so disappointed in them. I wouldn't mind, but the family app isn't even that good. When trying to add money onto my children's accounts, it takes forever to do it, constantly running into issues. I will now be looking at another service, it's not worth £10.49 a month!

Please reverse the decision to scrap Windows 10

I love my microsoft Surface. It has worked perfectly since i bought it in 2017. It will have to be thrown away this October because of Microsoft's decision to stop supporting Windows 10. Thousands of Windows 10 machines will be discarded for the same reason. Charities, schools, individuals etc, will have to find money for this at a tought time for the economy. Please reverse the decision! It is not Green! It is not ethical!

I cannot believe how bad this company…

I cannot believe how bad this company can be, constant updates that do not work. Do you realise or even care the amount of lost time your constant pointless upgrades cause? Even though I have technical support, it is constant, updates, problems, functionality I would next need, higher prices and repeat!Microsoft your arrogance dealing with loyal customers. The Monopolies and Merger Commission should break you down as the lack of choice means people have no other choice beyond Apple who are equally as arrogant with their customers.

I regret ever buying my Xbox series s now I am locked out of my account I cannot play the console I bought I cannot play the games I bought that own under my Microsoft account the support options on the website useless that virtual agent nonsense not helpful at all it’s hurts such a huge company like Microsoft but the worst customer service What painful I paid for all this nonsense they are good at taking the money thereafter we suffer with useless support options.. so disappointed 💔💔

MICROSOFT HAS BECOME VERY NON-TRUSTWORTHY. WHY ALL THE LIES AND SECRETS? I JUST WANT MY COMPUTER TO WORK. MICROSOFT IS OF NO HELP. BUT THEY ARE OF HINDRANCE. Poor support and feature was non-existent

Poor support. I have Windows 11 and tried using New Outlook, which was fine except when I tried to unify my various email accounts it was not possible, the "All accounts" icon was nowhere to be found. I then realised that you cannot contact Microsoft and their help facility was useless.

Get off Microsoft immediately

Get off Microsoft immediately, your browser will be hacked and your email will be changed and you'll lose access to photos and documents. When One drive syncing is paused you'll lose all access to anything saved on your hard drive. It's bad if you have business to do and can't get to anything
