Unable to cancel subscription

I took out a Microsoft 365 subscription a couple of years ago for £5.99 a month, it has now gone up to £8.49, way past the rate of inflation.I have been trying to cancel it for months, but my account can't locate the subscription to cancel it. I've tried requesting help but just get generic AI answers which are less than useless.Please think twice before subscribing, because after awaiting a call back, recieving it, and then being left on the line for 14 minutes of terrible music, before anyone even spoke to me I've been told by an agent they can't find my account using the bank details they are taking my money from so unable to cancel! The agent passed me on to someone else after waiting a further 8 minutes of terrible music who spoke briefly and then dropped the call. 30 minutes later still no further forward

Microsoft is really getting worst and…

Microsoft is really getting worst and worst with every day pass. How can go backwards from windows 7 an excellent software to windows 10 and 11. Windows 11 is wrong in every single way. How can not include even wordpad what is the very basic of any operating system. Absolute shame, hope that someone with common sense will take over the company soon enough before more and more people will go to Linux

After update Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5053598) one of my m.2 drive keeps disappearing it has happen 2 times now. I cant find the drive in device manager or in disc managment. I had to open up my pc take the drive out and install it again to make it work and after that no problems. But then windows was pushing me to update so i did i thought it was a one time thing but after the update same thing again plz help. im just stunned by the fact that a big company like this can do so **** work with its updates the should pay us compensation for this,

Helpline has one answer go online and join the herd of customers who cannot find any way to speak to a human being. A sign of the hell to come when AI takes over completely from human thought. Now I can't find a way to update my payment card- getting money from me is such a bore, it messes up the system. After 3 years I have given up trying to update my e-mail address (which they have but prefer to communicate with my previous one). How the hell do these people make a living!

I submitted three separate appeals, all of which were approved—yet the suspension was never lifted. Despite the appeals being ruled in my favor, Microsoft refused to remove the punishment or restore access to my account.I provided clear evidence, including visual proof (a color bar graph showing the error), but the enforcement team refused to even review it. Support channels were unhelpful, and no one took responsibility for correcting the mistake. I lost access to my digital purchases, subscriptions, and years of progress due to a system error that Microsoft acknowledged but never fixed.This is not just a policy issue—it’s a customer rights violation. It's absolutely ridiculous when you purchase a game and play it to then be told multiplayer is disabled when I am trying to play by myself but I can't because I have to pay 20$ to play a game offline after already paying 20$ for the game itself what the heck I'm done with Microsoft if I can't even play a single player Minecraft world without paying 20$ a month

Office 365 always acting up

This thing crashes way too much. Half the time Word or Excel don’t even open right. Paying monthly for stuff that used to work better back then. Kinda feels like a ripoff now.

Microsoft Windows 10/11 Home Edition…

Microsoft Windows 10/11 Home Edition this has to be the worst software Ive ever seen in 40+ years. I have machines and they were always updating and then, eventually running slow or breaking. I had to work very hard to stop all the updates, to which I was successful, only to find that the software is still communicating—even with no discernible processes running, to Microsoft Update sites. You can almost seeing it work out different methods to get through my firewalls through the logs. Eventually it does contact something and the OS breaks again; which I believe is on purpose in order to be brought into the fold of MS updates again.I hate Microsoft. Im removing all of their software off my computers. Im removing any and all use from this evil despicable company and I am only using Open source software.I will convince clients to leave Microsoft and I will make it very sexy to do so.Microsoft, count your days. They are almost up.
