Non existent customer support

Having trouble sending emails they sit in drafts the AI assistant can’t help so I finally got a call back from a person told her my problem she got my number to call me back in case the call dropped out which it did and she didn’t call me back Microsoft is very poor and no back up service didn’t give me a SRX INCIDENT NUMBER

They've "optimized" by destroying the customer experience.

They have disabled features a form I built for some unknown reason. I can't use it, make a copy of it, or do anything with it after spending a bunch of time on it. I assumed I'd be able to contact them to get it resolved, but I've now spent more time trying to get to a human that can do anything than I did on the form.I don't want to make another one in case the exact same thing happens. I used to really like Microsoft products. Now I feel the same way about pretty much all these big companies.They've "optimized" by getting rid of support, implementing automations, and in general just destroying the customer experience. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Poor support and feature was non-existent

Poor support. I have Windows 11 and tried using New Outlook, which was fine except when I tried to unify my various email accounts it was not possible, the "All accounts" icon was nowhere to be found. I then realised that you cannot contact Microsoft and their help facility was useless.

Get off Microsoft immediately

Get off Microsoft immediately, your browser will be hacked and your email will be changed and you'll lose access to photos and documents. When One drive syncing is paused you'll lose all access to anything saved on your hard drive. It's bad if you have business to do and can't get to anything

This is the worst company along with apple. They put the monthly payments up without any notification try to speak to one of the half Whits and all it says go online then hangs up.

They suckk! They don’t even have a costumer support that actually works! I got logged out my pc and for the past 2 HOURS I can’t get a verification code. Everything is good and they can’t send a verification code. I need to log in for work and I can’t even do that bc Microsoft’s sucks a**

the only reason they are getting a 1 is…

the only reason they are getting a 1 is because I cant give them a 0. my microsoft account got hacked, they changed my email and password resulting in me being unable to access the account. i sent them a message to try and get my account back. It still had my email attached to the account as a security email.Instead of rolling back or attaching it to the security email they deleted my account for the sake of "safety". if they had checked the account they would have noticed there was nothing there except my minecraft account, which is now gone. On top of that the only way to keep in contact with the microsoft "help"desk is with a new microsoft account which is not allowed to be attached to anything, so now i have another 2 Microsoft accounts and a new email I didn't want.

Microsoft for Apple owners is just a…

Microsoft for Apple owners is just a nightmare, they say they sell the "lifetime office version" and charge you way more than the standard version, 3 years later a "bug error" with a textbox that won't stop appearing even in your videos when you are streaming saying, you call customer service and they fix the bug but can't locate your account because it was not outlook but other email service, customer service say they will help you but never answer...more than a month...so you basically have to pay another license. It is so clear they do it as a company guideline to make more money. I mean, if they offer "lifetime license" it should be lifetime and not bugging my whole computer because I suddenly don't pay them enough.

I wish there was a zero star review this corporation company is the worst corporation company Their stupid Xbox is the worst console of modern era Their windows 11 is literally the worst OS Completely disliking Microsoft try to be as far as possible from their services Avoid this evil company at all cost
