This app does not provide anything of value to resolve overthinking just standard information you can find anywhere and definitely you will not get personalised plan as they advertise.You will get a trial period which then automatically sets up a recurring monthly subscription which is not obvious or transparent on the site.When I wanted a refund as I wasn't happy from what I reacived I was told they can not do it they can only cancel my subscription which I wasn't even aware I do have . Don't waste your money you can find those things free online.

The app is not helpful

The app is not helpful, and the worst is that I choose ONLY to pay one month for $20.49 on Mar 2, and they charge me automatically on April 2 for $41.82, I didn’t notice this payment, but I did on May 2, I contacted them to get a refund at least the last one, but they rejected it. It is totally unfair. I will leave reviews in another websites so people is aware, and I will report them as unfair business.

SCAM. they charge you even after you cancel. Don’t allow you to cancel through apple but they sure allow you to sign up and steal your $40. Fraud.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Nothing works and when you ask for a refund because the service is terrible they refuse. Robbing off vulnerable people. Worst thing I have ever heard of and if you sign up for the free trial. It isn't free!!!! Same issue as the many many people below. The terms and conditions are very unclear and the email replies are rude and obnoxious. Not like the replies on here in public. They say they take the issue of them secretly charging you account seriously but then do nothing about it. If they took it that serious they would refund those that hadn't used the useless app. Found the app useless so didn't take it and was then charged for a useless service

Don’t bother

As per most of the reviews I have read on here, I signed up for a 3 month subscription and was unaware that I would be charged for the year following that. The replies on here from Mindway make it seem like you can contact them to discuss this further. This is not the case, they do not offer refunds. It’s quite ironic that this is an app for mindfulness and wellbeing! Mindway do not bother commenting on this post I will be raising a dispute through my bank.

No help basically do not waste your money

Do not waste your money on this app, it’s very basic and limited offers no real support or help. You could easily find much better and cheaper options just by buying a couple of books.

Customer service not customer focused !! App not worth the money

Got no real use out of the app. The notifications didn't work. The work through section wasn't engaging at all.The area for mindfulness and meditation wasn't as good as what I use on Spotify. To top it off, i thought I'd only signed up for a one off 3 month plan.Today they've recharged me, no fore warning. Just charged me and refused to refund me even though I contacted them on the day payment was taken.I would not recommend at all. And the customer service wasn't customer focused at all!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I paid £5 for a trial period, after the 7 days I decided it wasn't suitable to for me. At no time did I realise I had subscribed! Next month without any warning or email the money for a month's subscription went out of my account. I feel scammed. I have contacted my bank and left it with them. Be careful they take it upon themselves to take your money. I have contacted customer service they aren't interested.
