The process was smooth, well-structured, and supported every step of the way by the onboarding team, Sebastian was fantastic and always managed to solve any issues we experiencedFrom initial setup to full integration, everything was clearly explained, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The platform itself is intuitive and has already made a huge difference in streamlining our operations. We highly recommend MintSoft.
Our business was recently supported with a series of training sessions & workshops organised through the Access group and delivered by Ross New. All four sessions were on point and productive. The structured training provided by Ross was excellent and he delivered some great insights into possible improvements on the back our our questions.
Many thanks to Will Hammond for his expert training and guidance on setting up Mintsoft for our warehouse.Having run our own bespoke system for several years there was initial trepidation about switching to an off the shelf solution.After our first session with Will we were soon put at ease that he would assist in getting us switched over to Mintsfoft with little to no disruption to operations. Wills ability to train, troubleshoot and suggest improvements to our ways of working whilst enabling us to mirror our current system as we initially switched over were invaluable to its success.Working with Will has left me 100% confident we have chosen the right software and that we have been trained well enough to optimise and improve our warehousing operation with the features Mintsoft has to offer. Thanks again to Will for everything he's helped with so far.
I have been with Mintsoft from 2018 and this is the best system out there. My account Manager Joe Broomhead is always checking that we are getting the best out of Mintsoft and looking at areas to help with our processes. Great service and support.
Disgraceful Please do not sign any sort of contact with these thieves. reel you in confirming their software does everything you mention make you sign the contact when it comes to the integration they forget to mention other vital parts which were not told from the get go have been paying £300 a month for over a year now and been trying to get through to them for over 3 weeks raising tickets calling the so called customer service number which offers no service then their online chat form states your next in line but then it fails as no one is available
We have Tom Murphy as our Account Manager and in the time we've had Tom onboard, I can honestly say the level of communication between both parties is incredible! Tom demonstrates the care for us, as a client, which is always a huge part in business. He is always on hand and comes across as an extension of our business within his own!
