Joe Broomhead took over my account when I wasn't too happy with how things were being dealt but since then, he has completely turned it around for us. He has jumped on issues to help escalate or provide a solution and introduced us to Unleashed to deal with an ongoing issue we had, which is now a thing of the past. Top lad too!
Mintsoft have been brilliant since we starting using them but I just want to give a massive thanks to Tom Murphy. He has swooped in as account manager left and sorted everything in an instance.
