We've been using Mintsoft for about 2 years now and it has been a dream. Any queries are resolved straight away with their chat help box and its such a simple and straightforward system to use. Lauren has been exceptional with her guidance and training and responds very swiftly to emails to provide us with the best service.
Fantastic Product Support from Will Hammond. Will gives clear and concise guidance in a professional manner. Will even helped onboard 2 new clients for us who required Open API integration to their E-Commerce platforms. Would definitely recommend.
We started using MintSoft five months ago, expecting a seamless stock update integration with various marketplaces as they had promised. Unfortunately, they never fulfilled their commitments. Their integration failed to work as expected, and despite multiple follow-ups, they provided no real solutions.Feeling deceived and frustrated, we decided to stop all our marketplace operations, making MintSoft (and similar services) unnecessary for us. We formally notified them via email to terminate services and stop invoicing us, yet we never received a response. Their after-sales support is practically non-existent—they simply do not care once you’ve signed up.If you’re considering MintSoft, be aware that their promises may not be met, and getting any form of support afterward could be a nightmare. We regret trusting them and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a more reliable fulfilment software provider.
