We adopted Mintsoft roughly 8 months ago to manage a large portfolio of products for our 3PL customers and have been extremely pleased with our decision. The support from day one has been excellent, there is an onboarding process with the team which can take several weeks if you are not familiar with these products, as the team will look to setup the product for you, but if you are able, I recommend trouble shooting your way through the setup and learning the product via the excellent documented support portal on offer, this will greatly reduce the onboarding process and help you to learn the product quickly. As for the product, we find it covers all of our requirements for warehouse inventory management, and much more. The highlight for us is the customer client self-serving functionality, which allows your 3PL customers to have access to as little or as much as you choose, for example staging orders, ASN's, or product maintenance. This has greatly reduced our internal admin duties and increased our productivity. If your current system does not allow for self-serving, Mintsoft would be a great upgrade. While we don't use any of Mintsoft's vast ecommerce & accounting integrations, yet, we have setup some integrated connections to Unleashed for manufacturing, which we found simple enough to setup and extremely useful, and once again cutting down administrative duties significantly. As for on-going customer support, the team have you covered. We have lodged several support tickets via their portal, and the response has always been within 24 hours, and in every case, the team has worked on the issue until resolved or you are satisfied. If your issue is functionality specific to your needs, and not currently available on Mintsoft, you can suggest changes via the idea's portal for the developers or talk to your account rep about the possibility for paid development.All in all, we are extremely pleased with our decision to go with Mintsoft over the many other options available.
Over the past year, I have been dealing with Tom Murphy. I have never had such a great relationship with a software partner in all my years in the industry(24 years!)Tom is an absolute gentleman! He has helped me navigate the platform , with ease, from day 1 and continues to this day. Whenever I have a question to ask on a such thing about using Mintsoft, Tom always respond's back with such bullet pointed details that ensure simple ways to navigate and use the platform as a whole. No silly jargon, just simple wording and detail.I could go on with the many issues Ive had that I could not understand use of Mintsoft, Tom has always made sure to follow up if I was OK following the guides he has forwarded onto me.One example was activation of our Support system, I did not have access to this for a while but Tom chased up on this in quick succession and Hey Presto! I finally got access to my Support system, then again when I didnt fully know how to use - Tom again noted down in specific step by step detail on how to use the Support system.I cannot thank this man enough for everything he has done for me and STILL doing for me to this day.Tom is a huge asset for Mintsoft as a company who ensures successful transition and use of Mintsoft.Thank you Tom, for everything you do for me and Tarlu 3PL as company.
When we signed up to Mintsoft we had an issue with the sales representative not been clear around the scanners been included (I would check this if you decide to join as they do not provide scanners) - I eventually spoke to Kate Stevenson who resolved the issue!We were then having issues with our stock syncing with Etsy - We were advised this isn't something that can be fixed & is how the stock sync worked! - After I was told this couldn't be fixed Kate Stevenson once again reached out, set up a call with a developer & we now have our Etsy stock syncing as it should!It was a slow start with Mintsoft but its great & I don't know what we'd do without it !Massive Thank You to Kate Stevenson for going above & beyond to resolve our problems!
