Mintsoft - Terrible mistake in my life . Avoid all costs. It was after Corono time when i wanted to connect online maketplaces to courier software i.e just to print dispatch labels . Sessions after sessions, it was not possible to print single dispatch label without errors . Each time i encountered with new errors. I cancelled over phone and so DD . Now it is 2025 and they are stilling asking for payment. Later on i found another online solution where i was able to connect and print labels with just few clicks. There was no need for online training sessions .I have already provided details to customer service of trust pilot .
We've consistently experienced issues with Mintsoft, but unfortunately, we were tied into a contract until April and decided to see it through. Now that the contract term has ended and we’re exploring alternative software, we’ve been informed that we are still unable to exit the agreement due to a required 90-day notice period—something that was not clearly communicated to us.The platform’s functionality has not met our expectations or the standards that were discussed, and it has proven to be unfit for our operational needs. Despite paying for additional support, we have received little to no assistance. I requested to be put in touch with their legal team last week, but have yet to receive a response.
We had Will (our Onboarding Consultant) and Ross from MintSoft visit our site recently, and they were amazing from start to finish. They really took the time to understand how our business works and showed us how we can get the most out of MintSoft. Their advice on improving the connection with our 3PL client was especially helpful—it’s already making a big difference.Both Will and Ross were super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. It was great having them on-site to answer all our questions and walk us through everything in person. We came away feeling much more confident about using the system.Big thanks to both of them—would definitely recommend the MintSoft team!
My experience with Mintsoft left me overwhelmed with the options and features, so much, that without the expert help from Ross; who appears to be one of their best guys, because he always had an answer for me with a smile and reassurance. Very skilled, very knowledgable! Which made implementing this software into the businesses much more managable. Don't know where I would be without his help!
The product is relatively intuitive and easy to use. Self service setup with live chat, videos and written guides are really useful and enable you to onboard much quicker than suggested. There are some limitations to the software but for a basic warehousing and fulfilment service it works well.
