Review Time
We had so many issues, it would be hard to list them all. The software is overly complicated and a nightmare to set up. The data it imported was incorrect and had we relied on it, it could have potentially cost us tens of thousands of dollars. Their support is shocking. After two weeks they couldn't sort out one of the many errors with the software. There's a reason why they have so little information on their product on their website and why they don't provide a trial.
Mintsoft is a great platform for 3PLs and helps to make integrations with clients streamlined and efficient.It has some great features you often don't get with other WMS that really help make you efficient throughout the whole business.Tom Murphy our account manager was especially helpful in configuring an additional module we set up recently. From the sales team through to the support team, we've been very impressed.
