We were new to Mintsoft and needed a little help. Will Hammond was really helpful on our recent Mintsoft sessions very knowledgeable guy, went over and above for us. Fantastic professional service 5 stars from us would highly recommend.
If you are looking for a WMS solution, then Mintsoft is a great piece of software. Since moving from Linnworks to Mintsoft, we've never looked back. Our warehouse is very well organised and staff make very few errors, whereas before it was a nightmare. The only criticism I have is the need for more customer service based modules or sales based. But as a WMS - its great.
When we first approached Mintsoft our timescales for implementation were short, they reacted and implemented our training and system in the required timescale. We use the system for B2C order processing and feedback from operators is how simple and easy to use the system is.
Will H, Our on boarding guide was everything we needed to make our transition from our old system to a fully integrated WMS system. VERY helpful and super responsive to everything we asked , took a interest in our business and looked for ways to make things even better ! cant recommend high enough.
Hi All,The Software works well and fits our purpose as a start up. Its easy to maintain e.g. adding new products, adding users, exporting information of current and previous orders and so forth. Also uploading of products can be done in a mass upload. The only thing I wasnt totally happy with, was the onboarding process. There are some improvement opportunies in terms of sequence, speed of answers and quality of answers regarding questions during the set up. Luckily we have been able to contact with Matthew Windsor who is a star and was our first contact during the sales process before the onboarding was handed over to others. Matthew helped us with his quick answers and useful knowledge to get things done whenever we reached out and needed urgent input.Thank you to all of Mintsoft team for helping to complete this project.I am giving it a 4 out of 5, due to suboptimal onboarding process. We have had a very good experience with Mintsoft. The breadth of pre-built channel and carrier integrations cannot be under estimated. We've been able to onboard customers within hours/days.The OMS/WMS system is modern and intuitive, easy to use. We're able to give our 3PL clients access to the client portal which clients love, they can see all of their data and orders in the system and it saves on a lot of phone calls and email traffic.It's clear the system has been improved over the years and new features are added all the time. The app is brilliant for paperless picking and we can pick to tote which saves a lot of time. There is a lot of settings and customisation that can be done at client level and we're still learning features every day.Massive shout out to our consultant Patrick Prasad, he's been amazing and has always been there to support when required.I would recommend Mintsoft to any growing 3PL.
