We've been using Mintsoft for a year now and have been very impressed with both their product and service. Terrible company and they have a bully mentality which clearly comes from the CEO! We wanted to take on mintsofts services but due to the terribly unprofessional mannerisms with the staff on the telephone and the lengthy waiting time for set up. We decided to cancel our subscription before it started. Four months later we received threats from solicitors to pay a full 12 month term. Without receiving any service from them although we cancelled within the stated period. Real cowboys stay away from them!
I'm on day 4 of my new role which involves daily heavy usage of Mintsoft and today I had a 3 hour training session with Will Hammond which was fantastic! We covered a lot and now I feel much better equipped to use Mintsoft and apply the learnings. Thanks Will!
