Litige de facturation résolu – remboursement intégral effectuéSituation résolueSuite à mon avis précédent, la direction m’a recontacté et le remboursement intégral a bien été effectué.Je les remercie pour ce geste commercial.Je mets donc cet avis à jour afin de refléter la résolution de la situation.Billing dispute resolved – full refund issuedReview update – issue resolvedFollowing my previous review, management contacted me and a full refund (not only the difference) was processed and received.Thank you for this commercial gesture.I am therefore updating this review to reflect the resolution of the situation.____________________________I booked a teleconsultation on Mobidoctor at the advertised price of €39.However, €172 was charged to my card, without clear information or explicit consent for this higher amount.Initially, email exchanges did take place with your service and the medical consultation itself was satisfactory.However, since 22/12/25, despite around six follow-up emails, I have received no response at all.My messages were sent to the contact email addresses listed on your website, namely:– chris@mobidoctor– help@mobidoctorI would like to stress that I did not want to end up posting a negative review. J’ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de résoudre ce problème de manière amiable, mais face à cette absence totale de réponse et à ce qui ressemble désormais à une politique de l’autruche, je n’ai malheureusement plus d’autre choix.C’est d’autant plus regrettable que le service médical en lui-même était satisfaisant.À ce stade, une mise en demeure ainsi qu’une contestation bancaire pour paiement non conforme sont engagées.Je publie cet avis uniquement dans l’espoir d’obtenir enfin une réponse et le remboursement du trop-perçu.Cet avis sera naturellement mis à jour dès régularisation.
Customer support won't reply emails. Chat is useless. Its seens to be very hard to get an answer how up front paid consultations can be used. Seems shady. Good customer care is that you inform that you have received the message and try to get back as soon as possible.First consultation was ok,brief but ok. I sent my blood work.I don't know if doctor reviewed them at all.2 stars because the consultation is almost 3 times cheaper as in private sector here
Easy, efficient, professional medical advice and prescriptions. They even went the extra mile to help me via live chat when I had an issue filling a prescription at a local pharmacy. Mobidoctor is very convenient and I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Farhat. I only knocked one star off because the system for using prepaid visits does not work well and I’ve had to reach out to customer service a number of times. But as long as you just pay for the visits as you go, then it would be a five star experience!
