In short: absolutely fkn amazing, wayy better then expected. Also note to self: dont be an idiotFull experience:I signed up, clicked "book appointment" filled up quick questionaire - wrote the name of prescription drug I needed, added a pic of my condition and, crucially - I SELECTED LOCATION AUSTRIA (Even though Im from Lithuania, It's still EU, but my country wasnt listed in their selections when booking appointment)got a link for meeting in email, meeting was in 20minutes. Doctor showed up was super friendly asked couple questions and went straight to the point, she said I will be getting prescription shortly and for my specific drug/condition I need to start small dose, meet with her (so make another consultation) every month and we will increase dosage. Took maybe 5 minutes and ~40Euros thats it. All surprisingly perfect so far. I got the prescription, went to local pharmacy with it they said they cant take it. I read here on reviews some people contact mobi doctor support and they get help - support tells which local pharmacy accepts the prescription, and sometimes mobi Doctor even call local pharmacy to make sure they will take presctiption. I was like its a long shot but lets try, I tried to contact support (which btw "chat with support" button didn't work on my mozilla pc browser, maybe something with my cookies idk - but popup button was perfectly working on my phone)Anyway, I chat to Chris (who I understand is owner of this company) he tells me "why you select AUSTRIA if youre from Lithuania" we literally dont do business in your country.I said ye its my fault, I guess Ill fly to one of supported countries, but when im there can you point me to pharmacy that will take prescription.He writes back: "Whats your medication maybe I can sort it for you"24h later I have medication in hand completely baffled.THIS DUDE called pharmacy in Netherlands and told em to send me meds via express DHL (maybe that pharmacy is just partners with mobi idk, but anyway) he sent me link to Medicijnen.nl and said to contact them, they will "sort it out" - I wrote to "Medicijnen" support, they wrote back like 2hours later we dont do this but our sister company "holland-apo.de" will send you.I went to that page, easy signed up, wrote my address, added pic of prescription and they immediately sent out meds in like an hour. I got them a day later.IN CONCLUSION: THANK YOU CHRIS and also holy *** Im not waiting long lines for my local doctor anymore ever lol
