Really fast service! They care about your case and conditions. In my situation, I couldn't get an appointment with my local doctor any time soon, so I found Mobidoctor through recommendations. I had a great consultation and got my prescription that I could use immediately.
I am in Brussels and became sick. Was coughing and had low fever. I wanted to see a doctor quickly and hassle free. This website provided really helpful service to me. Brussels pharmacy only accepted local doctor prescription so after contacting the helpline I was able to get my prescription filled
I recently used Mobidoctor for an online prescription and had a mixed, but ultimately positive, experience.The initial process was incredibly fast. I received my prescription pretty much immediately after my consultation, which was fantastic for convenience.However, when I went to my local pharmacy in Belgium, I encountered an issue: the prescription was not accepted because it wasn't issued by a Belgian doctor. This was a significant hurdle, as I couldn't get my medication.I immediately contacted Mobidoctor's support, and I must commend their responsiveness. They replied to my messages almost instantly and were incredibly helpful. They not only addressed my concerns promptly but also offered to contact the pharmacy directly if there were any further problems.Overall, while there was a hiccup with the prescription's validity in Belgium, for a moment there, (it was finally accepted at another pharmacy) Mobidoctor's speed in delivering the prescription and, more importantly, their excellent, fast, and helpful customer service really stood out. I appreciate their quick assistance and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue.
Really great experience. Although the doctor was quite late, I was able to contact through chat to check on the status and they proactively offered to give me a credit for the appointment which they still honored.Meeting with the doctor went great and was able to talk through my symptoms and resolve for an appropriate prescription with discussion on usage. From there I was given multiple options on how to fill the specific prescription where the chat also advise on how to fill online that could be delivered anywhere within the EU quickly.Overall great proactive service.
I received the prescription (in Spain) but then found that Madrid pharmacies don't accept email or fax Rx's except via two delivery system (not Mobidoctor). I've asked twoice for a refund and don't even get a response.Update: Mobidoctor responded to Trustpilot, denying the claim and ending with this statement: "We have no patients in your name, so we believe this review is fake." I have documentation that proves my review is certainly not "fake".Update: Mobidoctor finally acknowledged the "fake" transaction and said they have sent a full refund. When I receive the refund I will further edit this review.Final Update: I received the refund today and am changing my rating to three stars. The refund request experience, as evidenced in the coments posted by Mobidoctor, was most unpleasant.
I originally gave Mobi Doctor a 1 star review because the prescription I was given was denied for use by pharmacies in Tenerife Spain because they said they could not accept it. This resulted in me having to seek private medical help for a new prescription so that I could access treatment. I did put in a claim to Mobi Doctor after this explaining this to be told I would get a decision in 3 days whether I would receive a refund. I never received a response so following this, I put a review on this site several days after this 3 day deadline. Only after this review, did Mobi Doctor then contact me to discuss the matter. I have now received an email to say I will receive a refund, which could take up to 10 days to arrive back to my account. They have also said that due to an agreement/conversation that Mobi Doctor has with the Spanish government (that they send a letter to you about as well), that Spanish pharmacies should have accepted the prescription. This was just not the case in my situation and so my 3 stars reflects this as they have at least initiated a refund process. I wouldn’t personally choose to use Mobi Doctor again and would go straight to a private doctor if I find myself in the same situation again. I have edited my review again to add the wording ‘conversation’ regarding whatever the situation is with Mobi Doctor and the Spanish Gov about prescriptions. Either way, I found that mine from Mobi Doctor wasn’t accepted. This was my experience and if Mobi Doctor continue to contact me via email or otherwise trying to get me to change my review, I will change this review back to 1 star to reflect my continued experience with the company.
I was booking an appointment, entered all my payment details, clicked pay, then got blocked by Cloudflare (I wonder if it happens to other users, what if its a regular thing?). The money was taken, but no appointment was booked. I tried to get help from support, but they just said “you have not paid.” Support level is horrible... just wouldnt suggest to use it ever.
