On the rare occasions where I had questions or small issues, the team was quick to mediate, acknowledge, and resolve them with care and efficiency. I forgot my HRT for menopause on holiday in Portugal and initially contacted the other company DoctorSA but they refused to help citing HRT as too specialist??? Ive used a lot of online medical services in the states, and mobidoctor has already been by far the best experience I've had. they wrote me the right prescription instantly. When i needed the Dr. changed to my country of origin a high level member of the team responded in less than a minute to my chat and had it written by a doctor in Portugal in less than ten minutes even though it was late at night. They helped me source an international pharmacy that would work with portugal; something ive been struggling to find for months as soon as I ask. Then when I remembered the reason, which was an obscure antacid that is otc in america but impossible to get in portugal even with a script, they wrote me a script for it without asking for extra payment. these guys REALLY go above and beyond!
I definitely recommend this platform; it's much faster than waiting for an appointment with a doctor offline. It's also inexpensive and worth it for such fast service. They helped me a lot; the doctor quickly looked at my problem, I got a prescription for the antibiotics I needed, and picked it up at the nearest pharmacy (Belgium). The support team also responds quickly and clearly and is very friendly. I will definitely use the service again and recommend it to my friends.
Was able to get an urgent prescription for an anti biotic emailed to a local pharmacie in fairly remote France coastal resort and collected within 2 hours. Thorough questionnaire gave us confidence in the process, and very clear process for picking up meds at the pharmacie.
