This is a very reliable medical service. Very quick and responsive. I have used it already 2 times, every time got proper medication, or got a new prescription based on the one issued in my home country (Poland), so I can get urgent medication abroad. It was accepted in Germany's pharmacy without a problem. The consultant in the chat also very quickly helped me to solve my problem. I definitely recommend this service.
What a fantastic service!! From registering for an account to picking up my prescription was 40 minutes. I use regular medication in the UK for anxiety but in error forgot to bring on holiday. Gabriella was informative and understanding. I was a little sceptical at using this service but I will certainly recommend to family and friends. 10/10.
Waste of time and money. Pharmacies in Vienna didn't take it seriously and did not give out the prescription because the company is based out of Malta, and the doctor was Romanian. Perhaps it's a bit of bigotry on the Vienna part, but still - the QR code did not work in Austria, three different pharmacies told me and showed me- it was simply invalid! The company flagged my review as false, but look at similar experiences.It's better to see a regular, non- private, local doctor if you're in Western Europe, if you're European with free health insurance, or from the EAA, you can just walk right in, no cost. I realised this- looked up GPs near me, waited 10 minutes and got the prescription I needed immediately. It's fair to note that the owner Chris will threaten those who leave negative reviews,(for infamy and or hateful and wrongful reviews) some even have been threatened with lawsuits. Hold your ground, your experience is real and valid ✨️
I was a little bit scared to try this service as i have read so many bad reviews but i couldn’t have been happier. I had a call with Dr. Gabriela Canelas who helped me with std treatment, call was at 9:30am & i was at the pharmacy collecting treatment at 10am. Will happily use this service anytime im abroad!! I am paying privately and have been using Doctolib while im in Berlin. I tried Mobidoctor for the first time and the doctor was on time and the doctor was super professional and provided me with the necessary prescription for my needs. It was way better than going in person and wasting 2+ hours of my life just to get the same results. Couldn't have been more Efficient considering I had a bad cold.
