Everything as advertised, made an appointment, a doctor calls on video. For some reason my audio wasn't working even though i had done the tests before the appointment. The doctor was able to mime to me to describe the issue and show what I was talking about. He then switched over to a chat and asked follow up questions. He was very attentive and thoughtful. Being on vacation, one doesn't want to wait in an emergency room for a whole day so I find the cost vs time acceptable. Honestly I found him easier to communicate with then the healthcare in my home country.
I have been travelling for 10 months and take pregabalin regularly. I needed my script refilled in Portugal. I booked a consultation as I was unsure if it’s a controlled drug in EU. The appointment occurred within an hour of booking on a Sunday evening, I had a prescription sent immediately that was filled with no issues at the pharmacy the next morning. Honestly as a New Zealander, this service is INCREDIBLE. V different to the hoops I had to jump through when I was travelling in Australia to get my medication. Highly recommend.

Whilst in Venice I became very sick and in urgent need of a Doctor to stop vomiting thankfully Mobidoctor found me a Doctor, we had a video call and I had a script for medication and was on the mend within 2 hours.
