I had ordered a Buffetschrank from Moemax Order Number : 3172103500155. It was Ordered on 18-03-2021. Expected delivery 3-5 weeks. It is now 14 weeks and there is no sign of it !! On the 5th of June, when I called them they tell me its on a truck on the way to their "Lager" and In two weeks someone will call me to fix the delivery date. Today is the 22nd of June....I call them up and am told the same story....my order is on a truck ...in 2 weeks they will call ... apparently they have only one truck which is doing all the deliveries in Europe ! So its all a big lie...Also I cannot cancel my order now...I can only refuse to take delivery WHEN they call me to fix a delivery date.... and then the cancellation will kick in...... WHEN they will call me to fix the delivery date is anyone's guess..Such a pathetic business as Moemax I have never seen. All those planning to buy from Moemax DONT ! You will regret it. If you have some decency contact me...you have my e-mail....I should have read all the reviews at Trustpilot before i ordered from you...
Mömax is the worst store ever!!!I bought a dinning table and a corner bench 3 months ago, bought arrived later and the worst part was that they didn't sent the legs of the bench.I called every week for one month because they said "this week you will receive it". One month latter I received the legs and they are NOT from the model that I asked.I went directly to the store and because I bought it online they can't give me support and 2 months later my furniture remains incomplete and nobody is making responsable for it. Mömax is @#&&_-&€@!!!
Ordered a shelf online in May 2020, it arrived VERY damaged (despite packaging being in tact) in June. I wrote to customer service to asking to return it. Got the reply that despite a global pandemic all I can do is return it in store for another shelf. Wrote to customer service again asking for a refund, as this is ridiculous and in Germany by law I can return the item within 2 weeks... never heard from customer service again.Will never shop there again! And to be honest, Mömax quality is several levels below Ikea anyway, so it's not a loss at all.
I ordered a table and I was told it will be delivered in 4-5 weeks. Now I'm waiting already 10 weeks and no table received yet. After 4 times calling I was told in 1 week someone will call me for the delivery date...no-one called me yet and I'm still waiting...This is the worst customer service ever!!! Would never buy anything again.
Worst customer service error.I bought a mattress (Order Nr: KH0IF2) from Heilbronn (Germany), 1 day before lockdown. I wanted to return it and the shop has been closed. Now, when the shop's customer office has opened, I want to return it now. it's not 14 days now, since the Moemax center has been opened after lockdown. I called them for a return and they are saying that they won't return my money. They will cut 25% and I should buy something from Moemax. Isn't it a rule in Germany, that we could return anything within 14 days?Moreover, if the lockdown came in between, what is the customer's fault??Never buying anything from them again.
This shop has some nice furniture and a friendly lady helped us well on our first purchase. However, once we paid, the customer service became the worst I have ever experienced. At the end of November, we ordered a sofa and a bed. The sofa was already on stock and the bed would be available for pick up in around 2 weeks, latest end of December they told us. Since I have a small car which is not suited to pick up everything, we decided to rent a van to pick up both products once the bed arrived. 10 December, we got a small letter simply stating that the sofa would only be arriving by the end of January. Since of course we were not informed what was going on, we went there in person a few days afterwards to ask about this. A very rude lady who refused to speak English or ask for someone who could speak English explained to us simply that due to the current Corona situation everything was delayed and that both pickup and delivery services of Momax were canceled until 10 January. She was making fun of us saying “do you see this mask? Do you realize what is going on?” We were of course not happy but found a second employee who told as that both pickup and delivery services are still working and assured the bed will be delivered before the end of December. We would get called by someone from the delivery service in max two days to make an appointment. No call came. So, today we called to costumer service and they said that pickup service was not working anymore, and that the delivery service was fully booked until somewhere in January. So now, we will still be sleeping on the ground for quite a while. This is no way how to treat a costumer and lying/having no clue about their own company policies is definitely not ok.P.S.: We know about the current corona regulations which clearly state on the bundesregierung website that: “Der Groß- und Einzelhandel bleibt weitestgehend geöffnet. Das gilt für Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Abhol- und Lieferdienste …”. I guess this means that pick-up and delivery services are not legally forbidden to operate, even though two employees claimed the opposite.
We ordered a kitchen. It was supposed to arrive max mid of November and it arrived today (8 December). And one piece is missing. We are trying to reach the guy who sold us the kitchen but no answer so far. We will probably never get it...Anyway...We ordered it beginning of August and nobody came or call for measuring until end of September. We tried to call several times with no success. We received a temporary little kitchen just because I’m pregnant and when they came to install it they wanted 200 euro. We had to discuss and explain that it was included in the contract for free. The customer support is basically not existing and once they sell you something they don’t care anymore. The guys assembling the kitchen are though very nice and professional. I will probably not buy here ever again.
My comment is for Mömax Slovenia. Very bad. Waited for delivery for 5 weeks instead of 3 and now we can't ever put up together the wardrobe as one piece is WRONG! We can't reach customer support, no one is giving us answers, the best we got was: are you sure this is the right bedroom? ARE YOU KIDDING??? OF COURSE IT'S THE RIGHT BEDROOM!!! We need service or the right piece RIGHT AWAY but no one is giving us support. We didn't get what we payed for!!! This is sooooo bad. If you don't want any trouble, DON'T CONSIDER BUYING HERE!!! We will have to postpone moving house because Mömax isn't able to deliver to their customer what they order!!! Sooo disappointed.
