I must be really honest

I must be really honest. I am on a personal family mission to not buy anything at IKEA anymore and trying to find a replacement. I know I have found my store. Bought a highbed for the kids, amazing price, beautiful wood. And super easy to build as a mom. Was even wondering did they name this organisation Momax to aid Moms that need help with easy furniture building :-) so that they are maximum assisted. Love the store and how you don't need to find and carry stuff yourself. You get a card with your purchased item and than pay at check out and drive to the back of the building (at least in Dresden it was like that) and collect your purchase. Here comes the best of all saw one of their slogans...be a voice, not an echo and I thought YES!!! MY LIFE LINE!! as I truly believe God called us to be originals and not copies. Next order online. Mattress for my kids. And some roll containers. Roll containers actually cannot be delivered. Need to be picked up in the store. But this I did not know and now I don't have a car. They replied within 24 hours and without any problems deleted that part of the order and refunded the rest. Totally in love with Momax! Don't just want IKEA anymore, I don't need them anymore I found my favourite new store.

The most disappointing experience

On October 6th I decide to buy a bed, a mattress and a table.Mattress and table are eligible for free delivery, the bed is only available for pick up.I live an hour away from the nearest Mömax so I decide to proceed with the order anyways.Order goes through and I receive all confirmations: table and mattress will come within 6 working days and bed is ready for pick up.I go pick up the bed, I rent one of Mömax's trucks and, by mistake, because I'm used to it, I even refuel it after I'm done losing here 20€.I think, it's my mistake so I don't even complain.I wait for the remaining 2 articles to be delivered. One via mömax, one via Rhenus. I get the first delivery date for the table:14.10.2024. My husband takes a day off because the delivery window is from 08.00 to 18.00.Nobody shows up and my husband loses a day for absolutely nothing.I try contacting Rhenus via phone and email and nobody replies.I decide to contact mömax and they say they will make sure Rhenus will contact me immediately to book another delivery slot.Nothing happens.I'm the meantime i get the mattress delivered by mömax as scheduled, nothing to say here. Time goes on and i try to contact Rhenus, like before, via phone and email: nothing!I write again to mömax, explaining even that I had to pick up the bed by myself and if I knew I would have picked up the table too!I receive the same answer from mömax: "we are sorry, Rhenus will contact you immediately to book another delivery slot."Last Friday evening, 25.10.2024, Rhenus sends an email saying they will come today (aka Monday 28.10.2024).Today, same story: all day home, no updates on the website, the table seems like it never, ever left the warehouse.I try contacting Rhenus and someone picks up: I was so surprised I thought I dialed the wrong number.The men on the phone tells me that "either the goods are still in the warehouse or the truck doesn't have a GPS and he can't tell me where it is.Extremely unhelpful.I contact mömax again and they say that the table is in delivery and should be at my house soon.Needless to say why am I writing this: nobody came.The day after tomorrow we are moving out of this house so I will need the table at another address if it will ever come.I'm so disappointed that I don't even have the strength to be angry anymore. It's just the most horrible purchasing experiences ever and I will never, ever advice someone to buy from mömax in the future.Last but not least, I do not understand why mömax needs Rhenus when mömax's own logistics works much better.

Appears to be a fake company

Appears to be a fake company. ordered items on 24 June and still have not arrived as of 09 August. Email said 1-2 weeks. Telephone no answer. Do not buy from this store as doesn't appear to be legitimate.

Items returned, Momax withholding refund

Items returned 11 days ago and Momax has not issued our refund. Momax claims they don't have our banking details despite their printed return document with our bank information. We have no chairs and still don't have our €895.50 from Momax.

Lacks Professionalism. Poor Customer Service

Update 22.07I seriously find the reply below from Moemax a joke. I contacted the mail previously on 2 different ocassions. The company made me wait 3 months to deliver missing parts of the kitchen. During that time and to dissaude me from taking the legal route, they were promising me the moon after the issue gets resolved. I agree in good faith (and make a mistake) and the moment they fix the issue, damm turn there behaviours and they pay me 150 €. Only!! I wonder if they were to charge me the same if I paid 10000 € 3 months late!Lesson learned: If you have a issue with moemax.. demand interim compensation right away. Dont get carried away by the false hopes their customer service sets._If you want to terribly get disappointed with your kitchen purchase then please buy it from Mömax. My overall experience can be rated as terrible as they forget to order parts of the kitchen from their supplier and made me wait three months with multiple unkept appointments in between. As compensation, they felt 150 € is enough for all the trouble, effort and mismanagement from their side.

Customer service really useless

I bought a mirror that has an unusual backside. The product description emphasized the unique way it can be hung. I asked customer service for advice, how exactly ir whith what kind of hook they meant to hang the mirror as I couldn't find a suiting hook in any of the hardware stores. 1st answer: they repetead that it can be hung in a unique way. That's it.I wrote again. 2nd reply: They are not a hardware store and so they don't give me advice.Well, then don't sell products with unusual parts WITHOUT users manual. Unfortunately I bought lots of furniture from Momax 3 years ago and I regret it. Questionable quality spiced with useless, unfriendly customer service

Terrible packing and management of issue

Ordered 1 chair for dining room. Excellent service and well packed for delivery. Ordered the remaining 5 chairs. Horribly packed (legs of chair sticking out of box!) and 2 chairs damaged. Was willing to keep the chairs to simplify the situation and asked for a 30% rebate (50 CHF per chair). Shop refused and instead paid for an expensive pick up of the damaged chairs and the best thing is, when they redelivered, the chairs where agin packed so badly that legs where hanging out!This shop makes too much profit if it operates this way so beware.
