Really unprofessional. The expected delivery date on my order is 04.10.-08.10. However, I was just told that it would take another 1–2 weeks. I think I should have looked at the bad reviews on Trustpilot, before I made the purchase.Buyers, beware! Don't fall for their low prices. I'll never shop at mömax ever again.
Never again and buyer beware! My wife and I bought a kitchen from Mama Momax and the only reason we bought this kitchen from them is because they promised us a temporary kitchen sink and cooktop. They emailed us more than once as to their instructions on how we must act and we must be home for them to deliver. We followed her instructions and then at the very last minute after waiting for them all day they call and say they’re not going to deliver. I do not appreciate being a customer and spending my hard-earned money to people who lie and could care less about customer service. It will be a cold day in hell when I ever buy anything from this company again. I would recommend that everyone avoid this company at all cost. When my wife and I purchased this kitchen expecting a temporary sink and cooktop, we were told 3 Months and now it will be even longer than that, without the temporary sink and cooktop that they promised we are now without a kitchen or anywhere to cook because of them. I’m tired of company taking my money and then expect me to treat them as they are my customer.
How can a company be so unprofessional and always fail you. Sending me an sms that I can pick up my couch from their warehouse. And I rent truck and drove there. ups. It’s closed and open only Wednesday and Saturday. :) why don’t you tell me, MömaX? And then I write them to transport it for free as it’s their mistake. Ofcourse no answer….It’s crazy how big but how unprofessional they are.
I'm CEO of a company, and I don't have time for wasting; on write about fraud companies. As a short comment: All descriptions on this website are false.I ordered an Armchair, and after two weeks, Nobody knows where is, my order!
If there is a possibility i would give Momax a - 10 man where to start from 1. They lie to you about the delivery date just to make you buy in my case i was told 6 weeks but after i found that the seler wrote 9 so pleas check the papers.2. Thay use all means of manipulation to prolong the delivery in my case 2 weeks for one purchase and 3+ for the second one.3. The senior staff is soo rude and always let the staff handle you thay cam to you but don't speak to you directly but to there subordinate. ALL iIN ALL WEN YOU SEE THE MOMAX LOGO RUN AWAY Thay are not worth the time and effort CRAPY COMPANY THAT IS WATH THIS IS
The review is for the mömax Slovenia - Ljubljana. I ordered kitchen 18 weeks ago, the proposed delivery was 11 weeks. To date, 1 incorrect and 1 correct measurement has been performed, as well as two faulty kitchen installations. I am still waiting for the solution of the second complaint, for which they anticipate a solution no earlier than 4 weeks. I will therefore wait at least 22 weeks for the delivery of the kitchen (if I do not decide to cancel the order). I sincerely and in good faith advise against making a larger purchase at moemax, especially where you count on reliable, fast delivery times and a cooperative approach of employees to solving problems. Seriously, stay away! The experience at Ikea and Lesnina is incomparably better.
They tell you the furniture is available and will be delivered in two weeks to pocket their selling fee. Surprise, after not hearing from them for days, I call them and an unfriendly person tells me that it will only be available in 7 weeks and God knows when it will be delivered. I guess I'm sleeping on the floor for two months.
If I could give no stars I would! And I am so angry with myself that I had not checked the reviews prior to purchasing anything from this dodgy business! As most people said here do not be fooled by the delivery dates shown on their website, it is all a big fat lie! We were sold we would have our garden Furniture and a cabinet Within 1-2 weeks and now after over 2 weeks of waiting ( of course after I contacted them) they say it will be handed to DHL within the next 3-4 weeks? This is ridiculous, if they had said that on the website I would have never ordered as summer will have been over by the time we receive the furniture, absolute Jokes! So that have over €550 of our money in their bank and no sight of the goods! STAY AWAY!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MÖMAX!We bought a kitchen from Mömax Eching. You can say that we were naive to go there, designed the kitchen, and ordered on the spot - we really trusted that the workers and manager there will be normal.They lied to our face. These people sneaked items that were cheaper version than what we asked for. They are thieves, not a company. When you complain, they make you call, email, and actually come back to the shop but then make you just feel drained and exhausted so that you just give up fighting what you ordered for. Even after multiple contacts, they ignored completely what we mentioned. Please do not buy anything from this cheap, lying, horrible company. They will misuse you and trick you to believe just for the moment and sell whatever garbage they want.
