I have been waiting for two months for the bed I ordered online, which the lady in the store told me they had "in stock". I called the customer service, of course they pretended to be silly for that statement, now after two months of waiting and the deadline for delivery being missed, they say that the order is late and that it is not known when it will be delivered, I will only say one thing, now I have ordered and never again! A shame, i wat for my order since 17.09.25-18.11.25EDIT: after 3 months and bad review i got my bed, but after assembly legs from plywood cracked second after we nailed plastic cushion for the leg, now i have a crack on both legs and can't continue assembling the rest because of it, quality is awful, white plates from bed are poorly painted, during assembly edge cracked easily, i can't express how angry i am, i gave my money and time for this poor product, i should have bought at formaideale, between poor and poorer this is poorest quality. Too bad i can't place pictures in here. Fyi the bed is called Saturn 180 white and artisan oak material.
I have order a kitchen by St Gallen Filial on 31.12.2024 with 12 Weeks waiting time, after chasing them 10+ times without answers, received it finally in July-2025. After assembling, I had complains which are still unsolved. Service is awful, they are not taking any responsibility and just waste your time, money and nerves.
Kitchen started falling apart less than a year from purchase. Induction board went first about two or three months from purchase. They placed the blame on us or to say exactly on too much moisture and not taking care of elements properly. Now we have to contact authorities. Please be very very careful with this shop.
Dear Momax Team and Manager/Chef,I have purchased this Sofa on 05.12.2022 and its just 2.5 years old and already the cushion got damaged and became thin and the wood underneath the seat is creating problem and its hitting us when sitting. I am attaching the picture of the sofa with highlighting the place where its damaged. We didnt expect Momax sells so CHEAP QUALITY that within 2.5 years the cushion gets damaged and no more useful.This SCHLAFFSOFA is meant for both Sleeping and Sitting. but we dont use for sleeping, as mostly Sofas are used for sitting. So please i request you to do either of the following;Option 1: Change the sofa, by replacing a new cushionOption 2: Exchange another sofa of better quality, the extra money i will payOption 3: provide me a separate cushion with same cloth but with good quality cushion, detachable so that i can use it for another 1 or 2 years.So please take this seriously and provide your supportJust saying 2 years warranty is complete and your products are NOT USEFUL AFTER 2 YEARS WARRANTY shows crazy... so please support by considering one of the Options.
I ordered 4 wardrobes. The delivery date was 7 weeks. After waiting 10 weeks I kept calling to find out what happened to my order but no one seemed to know. I called 5 times and sent 2 emails before they sent me an email saying briefly: your order was damaged and we will refund you. After 3 months!!! Not a single word about being sorry or maybe a voucher for using my money for 3 months! Absolutely horrible customer service
Extremely disappointing experience with Mömax.I ordered garden furniture with a promised delivery within 2–4 weeks. I ended up waiting over 2 months without any clear update. I was repeatedly misled by staff, told to "wait one more week" again and again, and never received a proper explanation.After canceling the order, the refund was also delayed with vague promises that were never fulfilled. On top of that, an employee made a copy of my full bank card without asking for permission, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.Be very careful when ordering anything from Mömax – my experience shows a serious lack of professionalism and transparency.
Contract number: DG3T0AI ordered a closet/cabinet from them beginning of May this year and paid for it with my card right away. On may 8th I receive an email saying my product is arriving soon. When I went to track and track I noticed that it says the product is damaged and they are waiting for further advice from Momax. When i contacted them they had no idea what is going on at first apparently. I kept talking to Gebruder Weiss and they claimed that they sent photos of the damaged product to Momax and they are awaiting further instructions. When I went back to Momax they said they have not received anything. On May 14th I called to ask for my money back because I did not want to receive a damaged product since I paid for a new one. I asked for my money back and they said it would take up to 14 days. It has been 14 days and today I receive an email saying they received the damaged product back and I can ask for my money back if I did not want another cabinet. When I called their customer service they said that since they received the product just now, it will be 14 working days till I can get my money back. They have lied to me numerous times now, their apparent policy regarding an issue like this is pure bull and I feel like I should not have to wait this long to get my money back because the product was damaged before it even got to me and I never even saw it.I will never ever purchase anything from Momax and will warn anyone that is planning to purchase something, to avoid them at all cost. This is just not worth the hassle. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would.We placed an order with Mömax over a month ago, expecting everything to be delivered on time. Instead, we get an email out of the blue saying the items have been returned and a refund is being issued—without a single attempt to deliver or contact us.We stayed home specifically for the delivery, wasting an entire day waiting. No doorbell, no phone call, no delivery van in sight. Nothing.Trying to get in touch with Rhenus is an absolute joke. You either can’t reach anyone, or when you finally do, they say you have to contact Mömax instead. Mömax, on the other hand, just gives you the usual meaningless "we’ll investigate" response—but nothing ever happens. No answers, no follow-up, no accountability.It feels like a complete scam. Two companies that clearly have no communication with each other and zero respect for their customers' time and money.I will never order from Mömax again and will warn everyone I know to avoid both Mömax and Rhenus at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere with actual customer service.
Order WKH41C, ticket number: YH-23725885.A week ago I received a coffee table as promised 2-3 days after ordering. Some parts of it were missing, so I wrote an email the same day. A few days after I called and they said I will receive the missing parts next week. I called today again, since there was no communication from their side till now, and the customer service told me that it will take two weeks to get an answer for my complaint. Otherwise I can send it back and order again. Worst customer experience ever, did not even care to apologise for their mistake, and now I do not know what to do. If I wanted to wait for three weeks I would not order a table that has a short delivery time. Neither it is comfortable to carry this heavy item to the post office.Update: it is a week since their comment on my review, and they just informed me parts are available and will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. There is no way I can understand how delivery of small parts in Germany would take more than a few days. Disappointing service.
They developed a customer support process which is cleary designed to ignore customers requests until they die. I’m absolutely sure the way they serve customer support requests is illegal in every EU county. In the US, they will be facing a class action.
