Waiting 8 months (and couting) for bunkbed

We ordered a bunkbed in Nov 2021, till this day it has not been delivered. The arrival day is deleted 1 day before it should arrive and changed to "unknown delivery date".Calling with customer service is hopeless. They dont help at all, don't know the status, can not say anything about when the bed will be delivered, don't offer compensation of any sort. This is truly unacceptable!Dont buy anything here!!Update. We saw the bed in the shop in Abtwil and sunce it was not in stock we ordered it online.

Absolutely horrible company for workers and customers.

They don't allow you to even sit for a couple of minutes to have a breather, and they expect you to be non-stop on your feet for 9 hours a day, and they expect you to chase down every customer that happens to be around, even those who don't want any help, even to the point of harassment. They don't allow you to take your breaks you're entitled to either (except for your lunch break which they have to give you by law, thank God) even though before hiring they tell you you'll be able to take them. Also, they provide horrible customer service, I have friends who ordered furniture from them and it took well over 3 months for the furniture to arrive, and when it did arrive it came without all the parts and my friend had to wait a few more weeks to get them. They also play games with customers, telling them lies about their products and prices just to get sales. They even told me to lie to the customers and play games with them to increase sales. Horrible company to work for, horrible customer service also. My advice is, NEVER work there and NEVER buy anything from them.

I purchased a sideboard and the…

I purchased a sideboard and the saleswoman said that it is of solid wood. Once it got delivered, it was compressed wood.When we went again to the shop she was rude. She said that she can't help me and if I want to return back then they will deduct 25% of the cost. I felt cheated and we will never go back to Mömax. Very bad experience.I will never recommend anyone to shop there.

the tale of the lost dining chairs

ordered a set of dining chairs back in APRIL 2021 - it has been almost a year and i still haven't received my chairs, nor any sort of notice that they are running into delivery issues with the supplier. customer service is incredibly rude and they just tell you the same lies al over again. i cancelled my order today and made them aware of the fact that their website promises delivery within 4-5 weeks for the product in question - they don't even bother to rectify that. overall very poor quality (bought a table i actually did receive but would actually just like to return due to faulty material and bad quality). i'm not even sure they will manage to transfer me my money back...hate this shop, hate the quality and their "customer service". they wouldn't care less about their customer.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service, be aware of this shop, if you buy something directly from the shop it might be alright, but if something happens they do not provide service at all, the call center operators are very impatient and rude to customers. I bought 2 chairs and DHL keeps sending them back to Moemax, but instead of sending me a new chair, Moemax doesn't care at all, they just refund me the money and told me to place the order again and wait another 2-3 weeks. Any of issues I had with Moemax would be easily solved if I buy from Amazon or IKEA. Never buy from Moemax again.

My husband and I went to your franchise…

My husband and I went to your franchise in Vösendorf to buy a carpet for our unborn baby’s new room today and was met by a lady at your Kassa who asked me if she could look inside my small backpack which I thought was odd because the people in front of us weren’t asked the same question (checking bag). So, I happily opened it and she looked inside not sure what I can steal with such a small backpack. I paid for my item and watched her with the next customer whom she didn’t ask to look inside their bags and their bags were much bigger than mine.I felt discriminated against hurt and am extremely mad by this behavior of your employee. I feel that I was singled out because of the colour of my skin this is pure racism, such employees should not be working at such a big company. Usually I would ask for management, but this situation left me speechless. This is a very disheartening matter.From a very unhappy customer!!
