I ordered a hanging chair to our terrace about 3 weeks ago from the online store. I have not received a confirmation email but this turned out to be my mistake as I made a typo in my email address. I called customer service twice. My German is very limited and reading the other reviews I’d strongly recommend to Mömax to employ an English speaking CSR.Today we got the product delivered what cost around 400 euros, so it’s a mid price range among similar products. The quality is terrible. Package is damaged, product is scratched in several places (even where packaging is intact), but the biggest problem is with the soldering. It makes us question the entire safety of the product. Now I just contacted customer service requesting a pickup and full refund with pictures attached, but my main issue is why the customer is not informed about the quality? Then we would be able to make an informed decision without all the disappointment and extra effort to coordinate the return/refund. I would not pay a cent for this product because I truly believe it’s unsafe.

Leider war es für den Platz nicht die richtige Wahl und wir gingen zwei Tage nach dem Kauf los, um das Produkt in der Originalverpackung in einwandfreiem Zustand zurückzugeben (mömax Nürnberg (Ingolstädter Straße). Normalerweise ist dies in Deutschland kein Problem Bis jetzt in jedem Geschäft.Die unhöfliche Dame gab uns einen Gutschein mit der Aussage, dass wir für die Schachtel ein anderes Klebeband verwendet hätten. Die Dame sagte so deutlich, dass es ihr „egal“ sei, einen Kunden zu verlieren. Wir schrieben einen Beschwerdebrief mit einer Antwort, in der wir praktisch das Gleiche wiederholten, als Entschuldigung für das mangelnde Benehmen des Kollegen.Ich kann nicht glauben, dass ein Manager zulassen würde, dass sich Mitarbeiter so verhalten.Wir fühlen uns von ihnen betrogen und möchten unser Geld zurückhaben. Ich werde Sie auf dem Laufenden halten, denn wir werden nicht aufhören.Lack of customer service! with the possibility we all have to buy online nowadays, we have decided to go for a little piece of furniture for the bathroom. Unfortunately, it was not the right choice for the space, and two days after the purchase we went to give the product back (mömax Nürnberg (Ingolstädter Straße) in its original packaging in perfect condition. Usually, this is not a problem in Germany in any store, until now. The rude lady gave us a Gutschein saying that we have used a different sticky tape for the box. The lady was so explicit saying that they "do not care" about losing a customer. We wrote a complaint letter with an answer practically repeating the same without, an excuse for the lack of manner of the colleague.I can not believe that a manager would let employees behave this way. We feel betrayed by them and we would like to have our money back, I will keep you updated because we are not going to stop.
They send you the questionnaire after you purchase something, but it does not work when you want to submit a negative remark. Der Transport dauerte 3-5 Wochen, also musste ich ein Auto finden und es selbst mieten.
I am surprisingly very disappointed from Mömax. I ordered an office desk online which included 2 packaged to be delivered. I delivered two times the upper part of the desk but no legs. Basically not a desk. But thats not the worst part, I agree that we all make mistakes. I contacted Mömax, and they said ok, first make a return of one package, then we will send the right package. The delivery guy who came to pick up the returned product didn't take it claiming that he had not enough place in his transporter. From this I understand that Mömax didn't inform the delivery of the size of the product. So I called Mömax explaining all this. The client service was SO RUDE. My german is not that good and the ladies were annoyed from this I guess, and they turned off my call 2 times. They turned off my call in front of my face without finding a solution while I was talking. HOW IMPOLITE, I AM SHOCKED! I will make sure to share my feedback to all my family and friends but also to other people so that they don't suffer the same as me. I still don't have a solution for this problem, even though its weeks that I have paid the full amount. Worst client service that I ever experienced in Germany.
I am impressed with the quality and speed of this delivery! I absolutely loved my new exterior sofa and balcony table. But what I loved the most was the delivery time and quality. Compared to my recent experiences with The Masie, Wayfair and Vivense - who delivered late, in bad conditions, and not to my apartment door but to the front door of the building (meaning I had to carry a dining table and a huge sofa by myself for 3 floors); Mömax has been absolutely positive: they shipped right away and the items were delivered to my apartment door in only 3 days. Quality and design are also great. Thanks for the great service!
Companies due to long supply chains have problems in fulfilling their promises all the time. But Mömax either fulfils the promise or offer solutions until you are satisfied. A very customer friendly company and customer service. I definitely recommend shopping there!
Worst customer service and products, we have purchased two kitchens from momax for almost €16.000 and both were faulty, the latest kitchen is a disaster due to them hiring a planner who outright lied and failed to follow provided drawings, even after their own measuring team came and did all the measurements. It’s has been over a month now since our kitchen was installed by a sun contractor who did not check for wires and drilled through a wire somewhere and we have no power to the whole side of our house now. The have provided zero support on the missing components to the kitchen and the other issues from lack of quality control and attention by the kitchen plannerI highly recommend you go anywhere else for a kitchen, it’s not worth the hassle. I will be putting up reviews in as many places on social media I can find so no one else needs to go through this. Get it together momax, an absolute joke of a company.
I am highly disappointed with from Kitchen team at Momax Munich. Your representative gave us information about the items of the kitchen. The store was already closed half an hour before and he said we can finalise everything tomorrow. But we could not go to the store and did not finalise the kitchen. Now after one month he is harassing my wife, saying that we have to come to store if we want any solution. But what solution is needed when we have not placed the order? He just asked us to sign the information sheet and now he is saying we signed the contract. I dont know how can I sign the contract without actually signing the contract? I am highly disappointed with the Momax and entire momax team. If this is not solved, I will go legally against fraud and harassment.
I ordered online and selected option to pick up in shop. At the time of order I chose my store at Maria-Prob-Strasse. When I went there they said it is not here, it is in Eching. They weren't able to tell correct opening hours. Till now the online status shows in process.
