Review Time
If i can use 0 stars i would. We ordered a set chairs with table, at first they told us it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks, we call after 3 weeks and they said to us that we have to wait another month, we waited another month and now we called again to see why it hasn’t come yet, they said to us to wait another week. Obviously we will not tolerate this kind of behaviour. This was a bad mistake trusting them.
Awful. They don’t respect their delivery time, don’t inform us about any delay. I had to call each time. I have ordered a bed and a wardrobe, the bed was available but not the wardrobe. Didn’t accept a partial delivery free of charge even if they were in fault. Finally delivered and couldn’t finish the mounting as pieces are missing from the box. Such a shame. Never again!
Went to the schöneweide branch of mömax looking to buy a sofa. Chose one and asked the attendant to order it - she didn’t even spend 10s to listen and help. Any way, I just went to ikea the next day like a normal person ☺️ I think they just dont like auslanders because i saw them talk to all other german customers nicely.
I sent them several emails regarding the order and they did not respond. I called them and ask for specific date of delivery and the lady said that it is ok and that it is possible to be delivered like that. The parcel did not arrive at that specific date as they promised. Still no one did not responding until I did not write to their office for complaints. After that they sent me 10 same emails!!! They are crazy. And what is more awkward, google review did not want to publish my bad review about Momax. After I put a review here, google review published my comment on momax. I am talking about Momax in Croatia. I will never again make an order from their shop.Replay to momax: it is not just date of delivery that was initially promised to be at specific date ( you dont need to make promises that you can not kept), but not to answer on several mails for two weeks??? And then you sent almost ten same mails to me?? Is this normal to you?Today is 17th of February and I asked for the refund of the undelivered products on 16th of January. They still did not return me my money.

In other words, the products haven't even been prepared for shipment yet.Furthermore, despite this severe delay, your company offered a 150 Euro discount coupon as a "compensation," but this gesture is not nearly enough to address the inconvenience caused. When considering that my daily loss is approximately 3 Euros, this coupon has little value and does not properly compensate for the significant delays.I expect immediate action to be taken and my order to be delivered as soon as possible. Order Nr. MO1211197I am planning a trip from Zurich to New York and ordered a travel adapter and a USB cable. After two weeks, the parcel is still stuck in Hong Kong! This is pure incompetence. I’m traveling this weekend, and it’s now 100% impossible to receive it in time.I placed my order on 08.12, and it wasn’t handed over to the post until 14.12. Six working days just to process an order? That shows total disinterest and zero respect for customers. I’ve tried contacting them via email, Facebook, and even WhatsApp, but of course, they couldn’t be bothered to respond.This company is an absolute disaster. I do NOT recommend them at all!
After going to the store and selecting an item that was suitable, I paid 899 Euros. As far as I am concerned, that payment was meant to solidify a contact that means I would receive the specified item by the agreed upon date. This was meant to be the first week of December 2024 (I gave a total of 2 weeks more than Momax had actually assured = 5 weeks in total). I am still waiting for the item and today is 08 Jan 2025.I have left 3 complaints on the system (Dates: 30 Dec, 06 Jan and 08 Jan). The only feedback received was that they will get back to me in 2 days. Spoiler alert - they never did.Since then, I called their helpline only to be told that there is "possibly" an issue with the supplier. This then means that the item has not even left the manufacture and we simply do not know when it will be sent.Why can you not just give a direct answer? You had more than a week to find out. What about my 899 Euros? What about the fact that i have to make excuses daily to my family about why we can not just lounge together as a family like we did when we were back home in SA? How are you going to compensate me for this awful service..?
Verry friendly I ordered something with the delivery to home. Sadly not all articles were delivered on time to the storehouse, so delivery to my home would be 1 month later that i expected it. I came to idea to pick the furniture up myself and the experience i made with support center was amazing.even though my request was impossible and even i felt annoying, they were respectful and verry helpful. They accepted my wish to change the delivery to : Selbst abholen, and they even did the further steps than necesary to help me. After reading online the reviews i am so surprised to have so positive experience. Friendliness+ patience+ ready to help the Customers are the best :)
I order wardrobe Oslo on 25 Sep 2024, paid it with credit card.Moemax said to deliver it to courier on 18-21 Nov 2024.On 26 Nov 2024 it is written on my order that Moemax do not know when they will deliver wardrobe!!!After 2 months and 1 day???I recommend customers NOT to have anything with Moemax.
