Dreadful, items not as advertised, cheap polyester material. Disgusting lies on website, robbery in another form. Tried emailing to organise return and refund, guess what? No answer. Scanners!
Cheap and nasty clothing, nothing like the garments shown online, obviously sent from China and not their London store as advertised. Returns are impossible, £35-£65 to return to China or a 10% discount offered after filling in an extensive questionnaire which was a total waste of time. Avoid this company at all costs - it’s a zero star review.

Absolutely gutted!! Was really looking forward to receiving these dresses from the website. Waited 2 weeks for delivery and they are AWFUL! Quality and sizing are completely different to what it says. I've asked for a refund, but according to these reviews I'm not hopeful!! So frustrating!!!!
Absolute joke. Ordered a dress that on the pictures and video looked great quality and material. What I have just received looks like a monstrosity thats been run up out of material used for kids dress up! Appalled. Absolutely appalled. Do not order from these obvious scammers. Over £30 the dress cost, I am betting I wont see that again!
No stars to be honest!! They are scammers!! False advertising using Ai, material is cheap, packaging again is cheap, this item was sent with no tags or order acknowledgment. DO NOT waste your money!!! Awful customer service, absolutely disgusting company!!
Oh my days, where do I start! I ordered a grey and white trouser suit in a 2XL for a wedding, as per their video advert. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and was sent in an envelope sized plastic bag. It looked like a UK size 10 to 12 and was poorly made and presented ... I couldn't even get my arm inside the sleeve as it was so small !!! I tried to email them for a refund but it doesn't go through!!! Now I am stuck out of pocket with a suit that is way too small !!! What a thriving bunch !!! DO NOT order from them !!!
