Total scam.We are led to believe this is a boutique in London when in fact it’s a cheap version from China.They declared my boots delivered, a completely made up tracking history. There has been no delivery!No boots, no money, no refund! I feel stupid I fell for it! DONT BUY FROM THESE HORRIBLE SCAMMERS!
This company is advertising as if it is based in the UK when in fact the items are shipped from China. The items advertised are totally different to what you received. The items are over priced and of extreme poor quality. In total I bought 2 items and paid £80.00 and they are only fit for the bin. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Ordered & paid in full for a ‘mother daughter infinity bracelet ‘in Nov .. have had no confimation & no goods !! …have emailed them 4 times now with only ONE REPLY … which has not resolved the issue … have asked for full refund .., & …..,, yep .. NO REPLY THIS COMPANY IS A SHAMBLES .., avoid at all cost .., still waiting for delivery of my goods .., they take your money but don’t deliver !!!!! & as a pensioner I can ill afford to loose money like this 😡😡
Don’t ever use this company. they sell stuff that aren’t as described i.e described as leather it’s not. 100% satisfaction guaranteed it’s not. Leading you to believe they are in London they aren’t even in the uk let alone London. I received a jacket that was supposed to be leather it’s to small I contacted them the same day I received it. I was offered 10% refund and keep the jacket I refused. I was then offered for me to keep the jacket and pay £20 shipping for a replacement I accepted. The offer was then retracted and again offered the 10% refund and keep the jacket I refused. I was as then offered 20% refund and keep the jacket I refused. I was then offered 40% refund by this time I was fed up and just wanted it over so reluctantly I accepted the 40% refund. I was told it would be in my account in 5 business days guess what 13 days have passed still no refund. I’ve messaged them every day not only have they ignored every email they still haven’t refunded me am I expecting them to no I’m not.
Ordered a pair of premium suede boots which were reduced from £90 to £50. These boots are dreadful and worse than anything I have purchased from shein! They are definitely not premium suede and the cheapest things I’ve ever seen. I have emailed and asked to return them as it says can return up to 30 days anyway after hearing back from the company they are saying that as they from china it would cost in excess of £35 so would I keep them and they will refund me 15% the cost, that’s the second email the previous one said they will send me a replacement pair and to keep the other pair for £15! Sadly I will put this down to experience and accept the loss of my money and put the horrific boots in the bin I can’t be doing with the emails going back and forth!
Avoid avoid avoidA pretty good looking website but these items are shipping from China taking 2 weeks in crappy little see through plastic bags, no delivery note, no information, no nothing. Terrible presentation and this was supposed to be a gift - total waste of time and money.I have since seen a spelling error on their website when I was searching for any info ref delivery times etc - should have been a red flag right there!Note I have also found that any returns are to be sent to China at your own expense - enough said - properly trying to avoid people bothering when they say they are legit London store etc etc - terrible front this is
