Do not buy from this company. They false advertise. I bought a daughter and mother bracelet and only received one bracelet in the post. I have contact the supplier through shop and through emailing them and they still have not replied with an response or tried to sort the issue out. No way to return the item without knowing you would get a full refund back. It takes a lot for me to write a review but this supplier our ripping people off.
I placed an order on 19.12.25. it did not arrive in the 2.3 days as advertised. It has not arrived at all.I have sent numeous emails asking for a refund but nor received this. I have complained. Sent emails. No replies.This site is a scam!!Steals money - does not supply goods.I will be referring to the consumer services.I ask other to do this too, who have had this experience as this company is scamming people of their hard earned money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Cheap shoddy goods from china. Appalling scammers..They do not refund. So if the goods don’t fit, you won’t get a refund. Fake website, not based in London at all, based in china. You have been warned. I am in contact with my bank trying to get a refund through them!
Never ever trust this company. Purchased a cat head sculpture online and it's nothing like the one shown in the advertising photos. Contacted the company via email but getting no reply even though they say they are available 7 days a week. What a scam.
Would give zero stars if that was an option....£90 for a pair of boots that took 35 days to arrive. They didn't have a box, the plastic chemical smell that hit me as soon as I opened the package to these "leather boots" means they are unbearable. They look like a child's imitation drawing of what was advertised on the website and i'm pretty sure I won't get a refund. This company is clearly NOT based in the UK or they use a drop shipper from China and do not check the quality. AVOID to avoid disappointment!
Please do not order from this company, the products are substandard and cheap. They have a good website but the items are not what you get. The delivery time is months not weeks because they are in China.Do not be ripped off by this company.
Con, presumed Molly and Moon was in the UK, they are based in China. Quality of coat was thin, rubbish quality and the burgundy colour was horrible. I asked to return and they said the return would be up to £65.00 so they are willing to pay 10% and keep the coat. In the end i agreed 20% this i am yet to receive and it has been a month. I have lost the money for the coat and have a coat i will never wear.
Would never order from this company again. They sent wrong colour item, no return label. Emailed company who asked for a form to be copied and pasted with lots of info to be filled in. Form would not copy or edit. Wrote another email with proof of purchase, order number and explained their colour error....no reply, apology or refund. Do not buy from them
