Ordered a pair of boots which were £40, took ages to be delivered and when they arrived the quality was awful. Asked to send them back, advised that I would need to return them to China! Offered to send them back to their ‘London Boutique’, which I believe doesn’t exist as customer services skirted around the question. Offered me half my money back so ended up going through my bank to claim my refund. AVOID
