Review Time
Bought a piece of jewellery for my wife which when delivered was broken. This company ignores all of the remote trading regulations and would do nothing to resolve the problem. I would strongly recommend that no one deals with this company. If trading in the uk they should adhere to our laws.
I stupidly ordered twice and when the company didn't send me appropriate updates I decided to look at the reviews which are all terrible! This appears to be a company who falsely claim they are a small business in London. Their marketing is professional and clothes look top quality but with really low prices. How stupid was I not to check the reviews first before I spent £150.I've contacted them and asked for a refund knowing that the goods haven't been shipped yet after 2 weeks and they've responded saying I cant apply for one until the goods have been delivered. From the reviews im expecting low quality products and difficulty in getting a refund.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE A FAKE PROFILE AND MARKETING AND NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN, RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!
Just received a cat sculpture that I ordered....it is nothing like how it looks in the picture, instead I received a cheap plastic version of what looked like a nice sculpture in the picture. Please avoid this company at all cost. Disappointed is an understatement 😡
Scam! Don’t order here! This is cheap rubbish dispatched from China, so returning the disappointing items would be very time consuming, difficult and pricey! Lesson learned to look at independent reviews first and not to trust the ‚reviews‘ on the website of the seller!
Actually I would not give any stars. Received a cream jacket which is poor quality and doesn’t look as nice as the picture which was advertised on Facebook Cheap material. When I emailed requesting a return, they expect you to complete a 60 question form! When you try and reply, you cannot edit the form to reply. They have my details so should be able to populate a Returns form like any other company would without a 60 question demand. Refund looks unlikely so I may have to take alternative action. Avoid! Website looks glamorous but items not so
DO NOT ORDER from this ‘Company’ they are not based in London UK . The quality is appalling as is the colour. I wish I hadn’t believed the website!! The 50 question form you have to fill in for returns is obviously only to put you off bothering to pursue your return. I know ordering on line is a gamble but this website is an absolute sham. I am more disgusted that they get away with it!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNT MONEY ON THIS RUBBISH
