ABSOLUTE TRASHDo not buy from this company, it is cheap Chinese rubbish. I ordered a dress, first receiving a message to say my item was delayed and they were checking quality control ( LIES) shipped from china, no labels no tags in cheap plastic bag. Nothing like the dress I ordered. Contacted them to return it and they sent me a questionnaire with over 50 questions that I am supposed to answer before they consider my return- looks like that will then be to china 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️. I will pursue them through Shopify and my bank. Waste of money.

Scam! Avoid at all costs

Just received the ‘leather’ jacket. As others have said, the quality is extremely poor. The material is cheap plastic which smells bad. I have contacted them for a refund which looks unlikely but will then pursue a claim through my bank which I’m hoping will be successful. Lesson learnt!! UPDATE - I’ve requested a chargeback from my bank and they have temporarily credited my account with the amount I paid to this company until they investigate. Hopefully my complaint will be upheld!

I have received my jacket but it took more than 2 weeks. I should have checked before ordering as I now have to send it back to China at my expense as it doesn’t fit.

Bad item and bad customer service

Received my jacket, although it looked way to big it also looked like plastic with a bad smell. Cheap and nasty ! They make it so difficult to return , first 20 questions to copy and paste, then after I did that another 60 questions inc a photo of me unwrapping jacket. Would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. Very very bad jacket and bad customer service !!!!!!!!

AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!Dreadful company. I wouldn’t give it 1 star! Got a jumpsuit. Looks nothing like the picture. The fabric is cheap tat. It took a month to come. Zero chance of a refund as I’ve to return to china. Approx cost £65. Avoid!!!!

Molly and Moon = A Terrible Company - Avoid Avoid Avoid

My partner bought me a "Necklace with dog pendant" from Molly & Moon which detailed it as being "Unique design symbolising the love for your dog, Made of durable stainless steel with silver and gold finish, A meaningful gift for every dog lover". Being described as durable is so hysterical that I would cry laughing if I wasn't crying with grief over the recent loss of my dog. I wore this for a week and the 'gold dog' has gone black already. Despite complaining and requesting a refund, they have totally dismissed me. UK law requires an item to be "of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and last a reasonable length of time" which is a LOT longer than a week. This company is outrageously bad - do not touch them with a barge pole. I can't find one good review about them. Pity my partner didn't look at the reviews before he wasted £24.95. I have reported them to Gov.UK, Trading Standards, Martin Lewis, the Financial Ombudsman, the Advertising Standards Authority, Which, the Ombudsman Association, Consumer Centre UK, Citizens Advice and Facebook - and that's just for starters! STEER WELL CLEAR

Terrible customer service

Ordered and was very excited to receive my first order. Excitement turned to disappointment. The parcel has not arrived in spite of notification it was picked up by the courier over a week ago. Sent three emails to Molly and moon asking what’s happening. Absolute silence. Impossible to speak to anyone!! Suggest you avoid.
