Some things are just too good to be true! Total misrepresentation across their website. This company is not based in London. Do a simple Google Maps and its proves it.The links to the returns portals do not work, you are lucky if they answer you and just wait till you receive your items. They are AWFUL Quality.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The suave website does not reflect the clothes that you recieve.
The website makes it look like the product will be quality, I give them that. Then it arrives in a crappy little plastic bag, having taken weeks to get here direct from China, and it looks like something that could have come out of a cracker. For £25.Should have checked the reviews first. Lesson learnt.
I ordered an item from this Company 11 days later there us no sign of it being deliver their responses to emails are stock and sketchy to say the least. Do not order from this Company there is no way it is UK based. After reading reviews on hear and getting nowhere with the Company regarding a refund I contacted my Bank explaining the probkems with this Company and tge fact they are scammkng people out of money. . Several days later I recieved a refund in my account from the said Ckmpany despite them telling me I couldn't have one. Over a week later I received the said item which is plastic and mainly yellow. It is not glass as advertised and no way is it £39.99 let alone reduced from £100. It will go straight in the bin. Beware there are other Companies professing to be selling the exact same items.
I saw a coat advertised on their site which looked just what I needed. Checked out their website, all looked above board, glossy boutique type pictures and descriptions, all in pounds sterling and indeed to all intents and purposes was indeed a boutique in London. Received my item, which did take around 4 weeks to arrive ( a little strange coming from London) but I thought not too much of it. It arrived in a small plastic bag, this is when I had the feeling of dread as it was meant to be leather and a leather coat would not fit into a small bag. Undid said parcel to find a coat nowhere near as described, certainly not the premium material it said it would be in the description nor did it look like the quality finished coat I was expecting. It is in fact made of a plastic faux leather look material which doesn't even have the same detail as the one I'd seen. I have emailed to say I want to return and have a refund to be told they would offer me a 10% refund but that it would cost between £35-£65 to return it to China???(thought they were based in London) and that they don't normally refund on sale items. I have replied explaining that I have the right to return as it isn't as described. I'm still awaiting their reply. I very much doubt I'll get a refund. So I would advise anyone not to be taken in by their very slick website as the quality is most definitely of the Chinese sweat shop variety and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Buy from this company at your peril.
Ordered some earrings from them. Didn't dispatch for weeks. When eventually arrived they were completely destroyed and when asked for a refund I was ignored and told if I pay for postage they will send me more. Absolutely disgusting company.
If I could choose less than 1 I would. Awful company. State they are in London but it took 5 weeks to deliver then I received the wrong colour - they refused to refund and said I had to return item to China!! Says it all. Bought a ‘Poppy with dog’ bracelet which took about two weeks to arrive (no problem with that) but I didn’t expect it to come from China. They state free Royal Mail delivery but that’s basically from an address in Cannock. The packaging was just a plastic resealable bag inside a plastic envelope so no real protection.The item looks cheap and is not the same as the photos. The chain should have two hearts incorporated, one each side of the main charm. These were absent. I had to fill in a return/refund form(rubbish) with pictures which they rejected on the grounds that sale items are non refundable ( try finding that on their website) and the item was as shown which it clearly isn’t. This company is a scam as there is no London shop, they operate from Holland and sell from China. The adverts are exaggerated and full of lies.This item in now heavily discounted in the Black Friday sales but the so called original price has gone up by £10:00 and there is always only two left.Avoid like the plague.
Say they are based in London and they dont do refunds on sale items. Items actually come from China and they always have a sale on. They'll offer 20% refund or make you send it back to China for a full refund at a cost of £35 to £60, which i doubt would be received. Goods are shoddy. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered a pair of boots, which never arrived, contacted them they said they were having Staffing problems !!Asked for a refund of my money which was taken out of my bank on the day of ordering, since then heard nothing from them.Avoid this company they are a con, they should not be allowed to advertise on social media, these type of companies should be vetted more strictly.
Ordered 2 items. One was originally £175 reduced by 74%, and the other was originally £130 with 69% off. I was expecting good quality but, sadly it was extremely poor. As they have a 30 day guaranteed refund policy, I requested a refund on one of the items. I was told I could keep the item, even though it didn’t fit, so totally no good to me, and would have to pay £10 to receive a bigger size. The quality is so poor that I wouldn’t even want a different size. When I replied to them, they sent me an extremely long form to complete in order that they could determine whether my request meets their return and refund conditions. So ridiculous, and I will not be purchasing from this company ever again. I wish I’d have read their poor company reviews first.
