Really really bad service and the man in store could not have made any more mistakes!!! Staff training is really needed in the Whitley store My confirmation email on the order is wrong, i have been ordered 2 exact same t-shirts when I asked for one, and the belt he was ordering he hasn't even bothered to order. I was then charged £5.95 for delivery to store when he he said it was free for store transfers??? then I get a confirmation saying it is being delivered to my house address today when I told him I was away for 3 days and and wanted it delivered to my parents address, which he told me he couldn't do and i would have to be collected from the branch which is a 45 min round trip for me. So he lied about delivery and the cost which is a good, and it was today when said delivery to branch would be tomorrow?Evri have dropped it at my house left it in 'the out building' which I don't have I live on a main road and is next to a school s hundreds of people have passed it already and I'm not back till Friday so will it still there Friday Hmmmm. also its been raining and no where to leave it undercover so it would be soaked!!Called up Moss Bros, nothing they can do until investigated, so no party suit for me Saturday ten, cant even refund me so I can buy one elsewhere...amazing service, that's why they have such a bad rating on here I guess, I wondered if they will even get back to me about this review....im guessing not!
Terrible experience at Moss. Wembley outlet store,The service here was unbelievably rude from the moment I walked in. One staff member in particular, Abid, behaves as if he’s a manager when he isn’t, and his attitude was extremely judgemental and unprofessional. The whole interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.I will never be coming back here, and I’ll be telling others to avoid this store so they don’t have to go through the same horrible experience. Absolutely unacceptable.
bought a pair of shoes and was forced/conned into giving my e mail.SInce then they have battered me with e mails. I have unsubscribed 75 times. I have been to the shop in person to my cost in time and fuel and asked them to stop and yet they still continue.I have now reported them to the regulatory body and they are still sending them.Hilarious marketing as due to their incessant harassment i will never buy anything from them againCan you believe the brain dead reply. I have contacted them repeatedly and they ignore my e mails typical faceless inhuman arrogant response probably AI reply. Brushed to one side as if you don't matter. I will rejoice when they go into liquidation
I ordered 9 items from Moss Bros with next-day delivery because I urgently needed a suit for an event. Only 2 items arrived, and the remaining 7 items never showed up — even after two weeks.I contacted Moss customer support repeatedly, but they’ve been dragging their feet, giving me no clear updates and, unbelievably, still haven’t issued a refund for the missing items. The event has already passed, and I’m left without the products I paid for and without my money back.This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be ordering from Moss Bros again.EDIT: Changed this review to a 2-star since Moss has now decided to refund the missing items.
I bought a suit online and collected it in-store — no issues at that point.When I got home and tried it on, it was clear the trousers were too long and the jacket was too big, so I returned to the store a week later.The sales assistant immediately questioned why the jacket tags had been reattached. I explained that this is exactly how the jacket was delivered to me. They then claimed the jacket-vent stitching had been removed — again, this is how it arrived. Despite this, they refused to refund the jacket and told me to contact customer service because it was “no longer in new condition.”The trousers were refunded, but only after the assistant literally smelled them to check whether they’d been worn to an event. The tags were still pristine, yet the scrutiny was excessive.I contacted customer service, sent photos, and explained the situation. They acknowledged the details but still repeated the same line: the jacket was “not in new condition.” Since I can’t prove it arrived that way, I’m now stuck with a jacket that doesn’t fit.Moss needs to seriously review its stock control and quality checks. Selling items in questionable condition and then refusing refunds is unacceptable. Don’t assume that buying online means you can simply return in-store without hassle.For contrast, I returned several items to M&S — everything was refunded immediately, with no interrogation or forensic inspection of tags and stitching.The takeaway is simple: next time, I’ll be buying from a retailer that actually understands customer experience.
Poor quality clothing, terrible customer service.Purchased a pair of suit trousers for £90 from MossI have worn the trousers twice and they are covered in bobbles and look too scruffy to wear. I contacted customer services who told me this has been reviewed, Moss will not replace or refund me for the trousers
