We had a 3+ wedding suit appointment at the Moss Store at Birmingham Bullring. John looked after us and 100% understood the assignment withbthe wedding theme and location and put together an impressive 3-piece suits with extras and going for further tailoring and customisation.John out us at ease and was very personable to each of us and made sure our suits matched the wedding theme, location and time of year perfectly.We would recommened Moss for the customer service, especially to John, and exceptional quality of the clothing.A wide range of fabrics and designs to choose from. John made it very easy to choose with his experience.
I visited Moss in Crawley County Mall Shopping Centre today and was helped by Saidu. From start to finish his service was excellent. He greeted me and took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. He then went above and beyond to make sure I found the right style and the perfect fit for the occasion. He gave me honest advice, checked different sizes and options, and was very patient throughout.Because of the care and attention he gave me I felt confident in my choices and ended up purchasing more than I had first planned, but I left very happy. It is rare to come across service like this and Saidu is a real credit to Moss. I will definitely be returning in the future both for his advice and for further purchases.
I brought a suit from a gentleman called Mark who worked at the Leamington Spa shops. Excellent knowledge. Excellent customer service. Cannot wait to buy enough suit just for the experience. True classical customer service. Well done.
Customer service is awful, they say their system does not have the capacity to allow for replacement orders so they require you to wait 14 days on receipt of the item to receive a refund and pay out the full value of the item again for a new order.The issue with the item was that the trouser legs hadn't been sewed correctly at the bottom a quick and cheap fix if they'd given a small partial refund.They believe that they can't give refunds quicker than 3-5 working days when everyone knows that it's possible to complete same day payments. The worst part is they have stock for these trousers so it could have been a really quick fix. Awful customer service online, appears like laziness to avoid unfamiliar ways of working outside of policy that are completely possible.
If I could give Moss a zero review I would. Delivered completely the wrong suit to what I ordered for a wedding. Customer services were atrocious. Apparently a £42 refund for a £200 suit hire will resolve it. Bullet dodged as I was going to use moss for wedding suit purchase and hire of 10 others for my wedding but now I’ll go elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
I am very disappointed in the customer service provided by Moss. We rented a morning suit for a wedding, and the carrier back got markings all on our white shirt (see pics). Grant from customer support was not very helpful and brushed it off stating that it wasn’t their issue since the white shirt was not purchased from them. I explained that the point has no relevance as I am stating your dirty carrier bag was the cause of the issue, and ruined my white shirt
