What a stressful experience. Ordered ties for my wedding - 3-5 days click and collect. After 11 days they still hadn’t “arrived” at Chelmsford store. Went into store and they appeared to help me with collecting 2 of the ties but then sent me on a wild goose chase to another shop to collect the rest. Customer service completely unhelpful and eventually I received a refund. Chelmsford branch had enough ties in stock the whole time. What a stressful unnecessary experience.
